THE BIRTH OF THE PHOENIX INFINITUS AND THE DEATH OF A SINNER

This Book is dedicated to all the artist out there building, creating, and proving people wrong along the way. Dreams are not meant to be put on a jar and saved for a rainy day.  Everyday can be a dream when you are present.
-The Phoenix Infinitus  (Pi)

Introduction
Let me preface this by saying that I am writing the story as two separate pieces.
The first piece is the introduction or basically just me rambling about my thoughts and opinions.
The second is about the Death Of A Sinner & The Birth Of  The Phoenix.
The poetry sections will also be called the Prose and Cons.
Prose (pros) will be the birth of the Phoenix and the Cons will be the death of a sinner.
There is nothing you will see in this book that is new.
There are no new ideas or concepts here. I merely have acted as a magnetic mortar or glue that has attracted these thoughts and put them together. Further more I insist that you research for yourself. With that being said, I would like to thank you for taking the time to read this book. I often refer to it as “My Book” when in fact in it is really just a new spin or view on old ideas. So in reality it is “Our Book”.
I want to tell you the truth. I want you to wake up. I want to enlighten you, or bring about an apocalypse or a revolution of the mind.
You and are the same. The only thing that seperates us is the idea of “self”
The tingling of realization starts slowly in the back of your head. That area is a very important area. The major bone structure there is the atlas, the connector between the spine and the skull. Likewise, a map, or atlas connects all of us to the three-dimensional world.
“As above so below.”
Just like the World all the parts of our bodies are interconnected.
They come together to form a united being. Since people are interconnected in this World we are most assurredly not supposed to be wasting our lives peddling in other people’s affairs. Who cares about who owns what and who is dating whom? I don’t. I don’t see why anyone does. Everyone has a different view of reality from his or her perspective. We are all the same. We all struggle with the day to day routine trying to find our way through this bleak and dark place we have come to know as “Our World”.
We are One Love, One Life, and One God.
Namaste to all my friends and followers.
Awaken starseeds because its a beautiful life and its beckoning you.
-Phoenix Infintus (PI)

With our perspectives comes various versions of the truth. However there can be only One Truth. Though our views may be different from that Truth it doesn’t change the fact that there is One Truth.
Again I repeat there is only One Truth. There are many different perceptions of that truth. All of which are skewed and false. Why do I repeat it? It is essential that you understand that we are filled daily with things that are percieved “truths”. These things can over time take a toll on you and wear you down unless you have a solid foundation. That foundation is Truth. What we must consider is the fact that no matter how wicked the man/woman that speaks the Truth it is still the Truth.
I wish to gain no glory from this book. Infact I have decided that all the proceeds from the sales of this book will be reverted to charities. I am not writing this book to glorify my own story. I am writing this book to glorify the Lord and to sow as many seeds as I can before my light diminishes. We are given a small window of oppourtuity in our lives to affect change. I wish to use my window to enlighten as many people as I can. We all have choices we make. We act like things are outside our control. The Truth is most things in our lives are a direct result of what we were thinking or what we allow to happen. We rely heavily on central governments to do things for us when in reality we are all soverign beings. God granted us all life. We all have the oppourtunity to make choices and decisions. Instead of taking chances we pass them off to others. We give our soverignty away and then complain when things don’t go the way we want it too. The fact is we chose to allow these ‘Authorities’ to tell us what to do. To discern what is right and wrong. Right and wrongs based off laws that are man made and not always in the best interest of moratlity.
All glory for this book belongs to the Creator. Which is why any and all profits from this book will go to charities that have yet to be determined.

The Bible is the Word of Truth
John 14:6 “I am the way, the TRUTH and the LIFE. No ONE can come to the Father except through me.” (Me being the ultimate truth.)

Psalm 119:160 The sum of your word is Truth, and every one of your righteous rules endures forever.

Daniel 10:21 But I will tell you what is inscribed in the book of Truth: there is none who contends by my side against these except Michael, your prince.

John 17:17 Sanctify them in the Truth; your word is Truth.

Ephesians 1:13-14 In him you also, when you heard the word of Truth, the gospel of your salvation, and believed in Him, were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit, who is the guarantee of our inheritance until we acquire possession of it, to the praise of his glory.
James 1:18 Of his own will he brought us forth by the word of Truth, that we should be a kind of first fruits of his creatures.
Job 34:12 Of a Truth, God will not do wickedly, and the Almighty will not pervert justice.

Psalm 25:5 Lead me in your Truth and teach me, for you are the God of my salvation; for you I wait all the day long.

Psalm 43:3 Send out your light and your Truth; let them lead me; let them bring me to your holy hill and to your dwelling!

Psalm 86:11 Teach me your way, O LORD, that I may walk in your Truth; unite my heart to fear your name.
Matthew 22:16 And they sent their disciples to him, along with the Herodians, saying, “Teacher, we know that you are True and teach the way of God truthfully, and you do not care about anyone’s opinion, for you are not swayed by appearances.

John 1:14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and Truth.

John 1:17 For the law was given through Moses; grace and Truth came through Jesus Christ.

John 8:31-32 … So Jesus said to the Jews who had believed in him, “If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, and you will know the Truth, and the Truth will set you free.”

John 17:8 For I have given them the words that you gave me, and they have received them and have come to know in Truth that I came from you; and they have believed that you sent me. (Jesus speaking)

Psalm 15:1-2 O LORD, who shall sojourn in your tent? Who shall dwell on your holy hill? He who walks blamelessly and does what is right and speaks Truth in his heart;

Zechariah 8:16 These are the things that you shall do: Speak the Truth to one another; render in your gates judgments that are true and make for peace;

Ephesians 4:25 Therefore, having put away falsehood, let each one of you speak the Truth with his neighbor, for we are members one of another.

1 John 1:8 If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the Truth is not in us.

1 John 3:18 Little children, let us not love in word or talk but in deed and in Truth.

We as humans have developed a lot of sayings that are false.
“Ignorance is bliss.”
Is a very good example of this.
Ignorance is bliss means to Ignore(ance{the act of}} the truth.
By believing these statements we perpetuate hate and fear by continuing to hang on to these false thoughts. False gods, because if God is Truth(Knowledge) Than any other thing but the Truth is false. Which is worshiping a false god/idol.

Imagine the World and Consciousness(I capitalize Conciousness because the collective whole is a entity or being{Holy Spirit})  is like nuclear material. By that I mean that it has half lives. It never really ever goes away. It just continues to split over and over again.  What if our Consciousness just divided itself over and over again until we got to the point we are now?  We are all different beings but we come from the same source.  We all flow from the same river. We are all made up of stardust.  In reality its all just a different interpretation of the same philosophy.  Be one with the now for there will never be anything else for you but the now.  Thank God every time you breathe and are allowed to wake up to the glorious World that we have inherited.

We were given this world to take care of it not to destroy it by subscribing to the mass medias idea of perfection.  The Idealist views of “Normal” .

You really want to change the World?

Then wake up.  Look around. This moment only happens once in a lifetime.

Use the law of attraction to draw things to you that you love. Propel the things you don’t need away.  They were never meant for you anyways.
If things are hard look up and smile because the harder something is the more valuable the reward at the end of the rainbow is.

We are emotional disasters.  We all long and strive to be better than we were the day before.  we are all doing the best we can with what we have.
You and I are the same.
We all lie in bed at night and wonder if we’re doing what were supposed to be doing?
We all get up every morning to the same alarm clock buzzing? The same obnoxious bird chirping profusely outside your window?
It really isn’t that much of a stretch to believe that we are more alike than we are different. I know I personally see my self in others every day. Of course I don’t mean litterally. I mean that I empathize or feel what they are feeling simply by putting myself in their shoes. Most of the time I realize that the World isn’t as black and white as we have been taught. Everyone falls short of the glory of God. We are all human after all. We are all sinners in God’s eyes and no sin is greater than another. Man made laws make one sin worse than another. We however can cast aside this burden thanks to Jesus Christ. The World might pervert and distort the Truth but at the end of the day there is only one Truth.
When you get in your car to start your day, do you try to find your favorite song on the stereo to make the day go by a little more relaxed. So what if you have heard that song a million times this week? It is the one that truly speaks to you. It’s the song that just gets you. It understands you and what you’re going through during this part of your life.
Have you stopped to ask yourself why am I living in the monotone world that I have come to know as my life? Why do I even bother to get up and go? Seriously, is the world going to stop revolving if I take a day off? I doubt it. In fact I’m willing to bet that no one will even notice. Except those who truly care about what you’re doing and where you are. I mean what is the point in living if it’s just to get by? Why do we constantly work ourselves to death just to make ends meet? Just to build someone else’s dream. Why do we sow someone else’s seeds all our life?

Are we happy doing this?

I’m not happy pretending that my life is all right day after day. I may walk around and smile, laugh at the jokes people say and try to make everyone else around me feel good. I go around from day to day alone and scared trying to make the outside world believe I have it all together when inside I’m breaking to pieces just trying to find a purpose. A reason for being. The ultimate. My metaphorical dragon.

_______________
The Dragon Within
Short story by Corey B Holland
A young and arrogant Samurai was given the task of slaying a Dragon to become a Master Samurai. He spent his whole life searching the land for a legendary dragon to slay.  Many years would pass as he walked the Earth alone desperately looking to find his prize.  Finding nothing but false prophets and shattered dreams the Samurai grew weary. As he searched for the Dragon he destroyed everything that came into his life. Banishing all his foes to underworld he began to run out of metaphorical bridges to burn.

With rumors circulating that the Samurai had gone mad with power seeking out this mythical foe he began to grow tired and old.   Unable to find the Dragon and become a Master Samurai he lost all hope of ever gaining the ultimate prize.  The power of 10000 Dragons. Tired and distraught the Samurai stumbled upon a village in the middle of nowhere. He settled there and began to grow roots and build his own family tree.   Deciding that there was no dragons left alive the warrior gave up searching and became a tradesmen.  Trading goods from all over the World to benefit his fellow man.

Many years would pass by as the Samurai grew old and time slowly took back all the power he had gained.  As autumn winds brought in the fall the Samurai, who had become a father sat with his two young sons. As the clock ticked down and expired he lay  there on his death bed with them at his side.  The life slowly began to drain from within him.  Looking at his sons the Samurai smiled and realized that the Dragon he was searching for had been within him all along.  He had finally achieved his goal.  His face lit up as he achieved the ultimate, he had reached enlightenment. All was at peace. He had achieved balance.

Remember everyone has their own dragon to slay.  We are all struggling internally with something. The dragon represents our egos. If you can tame your ego/dragon you can achieve balance and reach enlightenment

I’m sure from time to time everyone has wondered if he or she is doing what is right? Why am I here?

That’s the ultimate question.

Why would God/Universe/Great Spirit/Allah/Supreme Being create me to lead a miserable life here on earth? It’s because He didn’t. You and I were not created to be miserable.

LIFE

Life is a work of art,

Made by me and you,

If we all did our part,

It’d be a great one too.

Life is a beautiful symphony,

Notes made by our lives,

It written by our memory,

On every single line.

Life is a work in progress,

Made by the things we do,

If we all did more not less,

The world will change.  It’s true.

The strokes, the notes, the marble,

They’re made by me, made by you,

The world will truly marvel,

When we see what, we can do.

Life is a painted masterpiece,

One stroke at a time,

With more love and peace,

Happiness we would find.

Life is a molded sculpture,

Each mold is made to break,

Who knows what’s in the future,

Who knows what life will make.

I like to believe that there’s something more after life. Most of us have our own idea of “Heaven.” If I didn’t believe that when we die we go to “Heaven,”  I would have a hard time living from day to day—going through all the turbulent trials with nothing better in store for all this pain and suffering.
We all watch as our life slips by. We count the minutes until we finish school or work. Some count the days until a holiday or vacation. We are always counting. Looking forward to the next best thing, never stopping to realize that life is right now in front of us, beckoning us to come along for an adventure. Why don’t you just fill up your gas tank on your day off and drive somewhere you have never been? [Learn something new every day.]

I was cleaning up garbage the other day and I came to the conclusion that the world is destroying itself from within.

Population Control

You ask for a cure for cancer,

You beg and you plead,

But will you sit back and answer?

What does the world need?

It might be sad to say,

But we all know it is true.

That there is no way,

Only population control will do.

You ask for World peace.

In return you’ll get war.

If bombardment did cease,

And war was no more.

It might be sad to say,

But we all know it is true.

That there is no way,

Only population control will do.

The world is torn,

Nations know it is true,

Every child that’s born,

Adds to the few,

It might be sad to say,

But we all know it is true,

That there is no way,

Only population control will do,

What would we do if no one died,

Where would we go,

If no, one cried?

The population would grow.

When would we quit?

When would we see the light?

When would we admit?

Deep inside you know it’s right,

Because if people did not hurt,

And there wasn’t pain.

No one on earth,

Would be the same?

So it’s sad to say,

To you right now.

But if someone dies today,

I can’t see how.

It wasn’t meant to be,

Because God has plans,

Can you not see?

I know you can’t stand,

That people have to die.

Its only population control,

There’s a good reason why,

people have to go.

It is soaking up all the fast food chains and the syrup-filled drinks. Companies are making things all shiny so people are attracted to them. Most people would rather eat out today than cook a meal at home. Home-cooked meals usually cost half the price and are healthier for you.

Why are we willing to fill our bodies with everything the companies force feed us?

Do we not realize that too much fast food leads to bad-dispositions, acne and obesity. Not to mention other health issues faced years later. Do we do it because it’s faster to buy food that was already made and portioned out for us? Was it because people who do not have the same taste can choose different entrées? Was it because eating out would be faster?

What happened to the days when if you didn’t eat what was on the table then you didn’t eat? What happened to staring at your vegetables? What about all the hours spent playing with our food while avoiding eating it. That’s why kids are not creative anymore. They don’t have to be. Everything is done for them. There’s no need to use their imagination. No. Instead they watch television shows that I’m positive we’re created to make them a little dumber. I’m serious. When I watched a handful of them, I felt minutes were missing from my life—actual blank spots in my memory.

Every day I see ice cream trucks driving around playing music, and I think to myself, How do they afford to do that? No kids play outside anymore. With gas prices high everywhere, it can’t be financially rewarding if there are no customers. Children of all ages are surfing the net, watching television or playing video games. The smarter our technology gets, the more dependent we become on it. Personally, I believe that the more we rely on these things the more ignorant we get. Think about it. How many people today can use a phone book or a dictionary? Start here As technology gets faster, smarter, and so readily available our population turns to mindless drones.  We’re sitting by idly as the Planet slips into utter and total darkness. Generations of being told what to do and when to do it has led to a docile race of humans. A race that is vesting our faith in the wrong people.  Like sheep being led by false prophets to the slaughter we listen and obey. We do nothing while the beautiful planet that God has given us is destroyed by the very ones that He’s entrusted with it’s protection. The planet is diving down into depression as the factories multiply and nature suffers.  Lost in materialistic needs and wants our people are destroying themselves from within.

This Rain That Keeps On Falling

The sky is truly falling,

Falling down around me.

Or is that God is crying,

For the wicked things he sees.

I’m looking out my window,

And as far my eyes can see,

Is the beauty that he’s making?

Being destroyed by me.

Destroyed by my actions,

And the things that I do.

But I have this passion,

That’s why I’m telling you.

There’s bound to come a day,

When there is no more sky.

And there will be no way,

For mankind to survive.

I saw it in a vision,

That one day it will be gone.

And I’m on this mission,

To stop what is being done.

These tears that are falling,

Falling from the sky.

Are they coming from God?

Or are they falling from my eye.

I’m afraid of the future,

I’m addicted to the past.

When it comes to God and nature,

Nothing man-made seems to last.

In the closing hours of the day,

He calls upon this man.

To open up and show the way,

To show his master plan.

He talks to me about the rain,

He talks to me about the past.

He talks to me about the pain,

He shows that it will pass.

He said he’s happy for me,

He’s glad that I’m concerned.

But he’s the almighty,

A lesson the world will learn.

But the rain keeps falling,

Falling from the sky.

And here I sit knowing that,

It’s coming from my eye.
As the demand for the next new device or fad rises to alarming numbers, the battle for the environment roars silently on.

*insert nature

Nature

Nature’s true beauty captured in my writing,

Doesn’t matter the time of day, or lighting?,

So with pen to paper I aim to please,

Writing about all the birds and the bees.

Before my eyes lay a scene,

That was completely serene,

With it’s flowing Rivers cascading,

And it’s hidden birds serenading.

Their music soft and so very sweet,

It slowly lured me to a deep sleep,

And there I lay in a deep slumber,

Till I heard the falling of timber.

Startled awake, I see destruction,

For man decided its time for construction,

Time to build another shopping mall,

Or is that the trees just needed to fall.

Smoke billowed from over the hill,

Maybe it’s another land fill,

I could see the animals running,

Probably because man was coming.

With homes destroyed and habitats gone,

The animals had no where to run,

They fled the scene, they hid, they ran,

They had to escape the evils of man.

Public wars with hidden agendas ravage the World while the population is spoon fed what it wants to hear. Don’t become one of the masses. Don’t become one of the zombies, the sheeple.

Why do we sit at home and watch T V?

Why do we watch reality television or the newest sitcom on? Is it to remind us what we’re striving for? I don’t think so. I think it is to remind how pathetic our life is so we will stay a slave to society. I mean we do all the work don’t we? I could name you all off but there really isn’t the space on any word document to do so. The laborers of the world. We are the ones that do all the work right? You are the foundation that this World is built on. So is it okay for the better off to treat the little person badly because you saw it on t v?

Is that just the way it is?

I really don’t think so.

It seems that today if your child doesn’t have a cell phone before they’re a teenager then they are poor. Since when was it a sign of poverty to keep your children from becoming a slave to the electronics. Mp3 players passed out like lolly-pops to some kids.

Why?

Doesn’t any one see that by depending on these things our lives are becoming pointless. It seems some children know how to text before they know who the first president was. They can tell who some pop star is dating but they can’t do simple math with out a calculator. Is it smart to depend only on one thing as much as most people do. I don’t believe you should ever put that much trust into something that is guaranteed to always be there. Imagine what would happen if Google suddenly vanished.

4 Walls And 4 Corners

Bang!

Bang!

Bang!

Someone’s,

Knocking at my door.

Who could that be?

No one visits anymore.

Now that I was confused,

And completely unsure.

I felt I had to prove,

That I wasn’t afraid of the door.

Taking one step at a time,

Slowly as I crept.

I was surprised to find,

A man  I had never met.

I opened up and saw,

A tall man standing there,

He had a southern draw,

And a grin from ear to ear.

The man in the suit,

Said “Son don’t you know?

We’re putting a highway through,

And this place has got to go.”

Quick I tried to grab my things,

As He became rude.

Does he know I’m wondering,

Where am I to move?

With the last boxed stowed,

And everything packed neat.

They tore down that home,

To make their fancy street.

Driving down the road,

I saw a place for rent.

4 Walls, and 4 Corners,

I said this place will do in a pinch.

The man at the hotel,

Knew exactly what to do.

He said “I’m sorry I heard,

They’re putting a highway through.”

Walking to my room,

My neighbor pulled up next.

They’re putting a highway through,

Thats what the told the rest.

Are we stuck here in this room?

Which path are we to choose.

Has all our hope been lost?

Now with nothing left to lose.

The walls are closing in,

No exit left in view,

How long has it been?

Since there was no Gloom.

Our whole life and our world,

Stuck here in one place,

No path left for us to follow,

No step left to retrace.

Wandering here all alone,

How can a box be this big,

Why are we left to roam?

was it the things that we did?

4 walls, and 4 corners,

No sign of a door,

I’ve lived in smaller homes,

That have had plenty more.

From every single wall,

We have a different view,

No matter the lines we draw,

Our World comes unglued.

No matter where we turn,

We see a dead end.

And every bridge we burn,

Makes all the walls close in.

For if we destroy our walls,

We’d have no place to live.

With all these man made laws,

Something has got to give.

Yet when we’re on our path,

We get a little space.

And as the walls retract,

Freedom we can taste.

But,

No matter the deed that’s done,

Or how long we wait,

For some one to come,

And save us from this fate.

4 walls, and 4 corners,

No sign of a door,

And then we look up,

A new World to explore.

There is something called free will you know?

God gave you’re the right to make up your own mind. What happened to independent thinking? Since when is wrong to be different? Don’t do something just because you think it’s what your supposed to do

That’s not the way it works.

High school ends when you get that diploma.

It is time to stop trying to impress people. It is time stop caring whether or not someone will approve of you doing what you want to do. Since when is it a crime to be yourself?

Now there are repercussions for these actions. Of course people are going to say something. They may even look at you funny. But they’re not looking at you funny because they think you’re wrong. They’re looking at you like that because they wish that they could not care too. The see you happy being you, and they wonder.

“How do I Do that?

How can I wake up and actually be happy to be me?

It’s really quite simple . . . . .

The answer is not on t v?
It’s not in some self help book at your local library, and it sure is not what you read in a magazine. Day after day I see people that have potential to do great things. Yet they are restricted by boundaries that society has created because it is the norm. They have let the world tell them that they have to do this and they have to do that.

When exactly did it become alright to stop dreaming?

Dreams are not something that you are suppose to constantly hope comes true. You walk in the gas station and buy a lottery ticket and all of the sudden your life is better. You have to start by opening up. Talking to you neighbor. Be friendly to someone you have never met. Try learning something new for a change.

I have a rule and it is that; every day you should wake up and try to learn at least one thing new. It has worked for me. I know many things now just because I don’t turn on the television and watch hours upon hours of bad acting with force fed commercials.

I don’t wake up in the morning and say….
Oh lets turn on the television and see how bad our economy, our let see who we’re at war with now. You know why?

Because it really does not matter! Everything has a cycle.

And everything tends to works itself out for the greater good. Life balance’s itself out after time. Just give it a chance. As far as I’m concerned it can always get worse.

I spent time in the Navy, and I have been overseas. I have seen what other countries governments do they’re populations. And you think we have it bad? Get real. You live in a climate controlled world where if you miss a meal you whole world falls apart

IT CAN ALWAYS GET WORSE.

Just when you think it won’t, that’s usually when God steps in and tries to make you see that he is there doing good things for you he just has other responsibilities and can’t make all your wishes come true. It basically all boils down to faith. You have to believe in something. If you don’t believe in God or Heaven or an afterlife, then what are you living for? I mean if there is not something after this then why even bother? There has to be. To sit back and say that you don’t believe that there is life after death is just plain ignorant. That’s like saying that you don’t believe that aliens exist. I mean I have never seen anything to make be believe that there’s something out there. But there has to be it is an enormous universe after all.

If you’re waiting for some sign to hit you in the face and say

HEY ITS TIME TO START LIVING!!!!

Well Consider this it. Consider that everyday you wake up you have a greater chance of getting killed by another American citizen that by someone because of a war we are in. Now don’t get me wrong everything in moderation. You can’t just go crazy because it is life and you only live once. But you can do things to make it better. Like turning off the t v. Picking up a book, or maybe taking up a new hobby like painting or writing.

We all have creativeness in us. We just need to find what it is that we are supposed to be creative at. Like me for instance, about 7 years ago I started writing. And now I feel better. I wake up every day and I like being who I am. I can honestly look in the mirror and say you know you’re not so bad no matter what people say. I have discovered a talent that I never knew I had just merely by being at the edge. Being at the breaking point between life and death. Having it all and then having torn away from under my feet. But now I’m a better person because of it.  Joining the military and finding out what really happens. Discovering its not always the bad guys that do wrong.   Sometimes the lines get so blurred that its really just Good people doing nothing that allows these things to happen.

THE CALL

How often do you think of what you have done?

Do you think it affected someone?

Or do you think no one cares,

About what you do and if you’re there.

I can tell you from my past,

If you live that way, you will not last.

In this world that’s grown today,

You will always affect someone in someway.

So before you’re curt, before you’re hateful,

Would’t you want them to be grateful?

If they came to you in need,

Would your hearts grow cold with spite and greed?

I ask you this, you see it every day,

yet you do nothing about it anyway.

Instead you turn away and hide,

And hold all you emotions deep inside.

Why not help those in need?

Their asking for it can’t you see?

Every little things you do can change,

Somebodies attitude, somebodies pain.

But still you hustle and walk by,

Trying to turn a blind eye.

Can’t you see him on the street,

The one who barely ever eat?

That man is you,

That man is me.

Our fates entwined in one destiny.

So help yourself,

by helping him,

‘Cause he can remember when.

He left his home,

Filled with hope and joy.

His fires of hope were doused by pain,

And he felt left on his own.

Although he was not, there were many but few,

That left their homes, all the same.

They made the call.

They went to train,

With Uncle Sam and all the rest.

The finest group that ever came,

Impossible to sway or tame.

They were the best of the best,

Now discarded with the rest.

He sits in poverty, He sits in plight,

Remembering what it was like to sleep all night.

Tucked away somewhere warm,

Hidden away from the storms.

But that’s the past and now he’s home,

Stuck outside all alone.

He left his home for you and me,

To serve this grand ol’country.

Now he’s home and has lost it all,

Because he was ONE who answered the call.
That’s why I write.

I write to try and help people understand their own emotions. Because lets face it we as humans aRe an emotional disaster. Especially with the way the media and entertainment portrays life today. We are constantly bombarded with the way things are suppose to be and the way things should look.

Why?

Why do I need to dress like that? Why Do I need waste my time trying to look something I’m not? It is all smoke and mirrors. Because like I said everyone has they’re own in securities whether they admit or not.
No ones figure out the secret to life.

If they had I’m sure they would not keep it to themselves. And nothing you can buy will make you a better person or make you emotionally. It all starts with you. It all starts with you just letting go of that picture perfect life that the world has instilled upon to strive for. Just be you. The reaction you get may change your outlook on life. And if people don’t like you then obviously they were never meant to be apart of your life…………….

.
I walked to the store today to get some art supplies with a gift card I had received. On the way I realized that everyone around me was moving so fast in their cars. In a hurry to go to here and there. Some of them were rushing to buy last minute gifts , while others were just in a hurry to make it work . You know That Steady #grind that we all suffer through to make ends meet.

While Thinking about that I came across two things I took #photos of I realized that if I had been riding in one of those passing cars I would not have had time to stop and see the beauty that surrounds us.

We rush around all day.

Why?

You don’t need to be in a Hurry…..

There’s nothing that can’t wait till later….

You know why?

Simply put there is no past or future without the #now

Soak it up breathe it in

Be One with all that is around you for a change because believe or not you attracted those objects, items, and hobbies for a reason.

Stop building other people’s dreams and lining their pockets with the very thing we were put here to protect. Our Earth is home. We must take care of our home. If we do not take care of our home…… Our Home will take care of us………..

God/Universe/Great Spirit/Zeus/ Any other name you want to call it did not #create you to be a slave.
We were created to be #free

Free will is a powerful tool when you apply it with other rules such as the Law Of Attraction and Newtons Third Law.

“For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction”

Sound Familiar? #karma #fate #destiny “What Goes Around Comes Around” “Pay It Forward”

“Newtons First Law of Motion” or “The Law On Inertia”

States that an object will stay at rest unless compelled by an outside force.

Bearing this in mind we can come to the conclusion that simply put……

Mind over Matter.

You and are the same.

We are all just doing the best with what we have been given.

Instead of saying “I Don’t Know” Try saying “Let me find out”

Instead of saying “I can’t do this” try saying ” I am doing the best with what I have”

The imagination is limitless, thus the mind is also.

🙂

Better hurry…..

God does not keep the same schedule as we do.
The Phoenix Infinitus ( PI)

—–
Born on February first,
was a boy named Corey.
From the start there was a thirst
For him to tell you his story.

It’s all based on your perception,
Does life begin when we form a heart?
Or is it at conception
That our story did start?

If it’s the latter that you prefer,
Then let me break the ice,
It does not matter when it occurred.
Either/or, he was born twice.

The first time into Hell.
The second has yet to come.
Pay attention to the story I tell
So you’ll see why the Phoenix won.

This fable has been told
Once or twice it’s true,
the label printed in bold
and specially gift wrapped for you.

Each time you think you’re wiser
Than the one that came before.
But none can hold the fire
For what is really in store.

tossed about into an open ocean,
Of emotion this boy was thrown.
Lost without any guarantee or notion,
if he would ever find a home.
With each and every  new year’s eve,
He moved to a new city.
No matter the tattered yarn we weave.
He was looked upon with  pity.
Moving up and down the east coast,
of what was known as the home of the”free”.
His only companion a conjured  ghost.
That he had met beneath an old oak tree.
Vanity, hate and lust abound,
was where he laid his head.
Sanity, love and fate was found,
pouring from within him instead.
The joke would be on the ones that laughed,
When he shared all of his stories.
Non believers all of them taken aback.
For they thought he was just seeking glory.
Searching the seven seas for someone to share
one that could release him from this jail
creating their own heaven would this pair
as the two embraced the wind that kissed the  sail.

Can One
We’re all products of the ones were with,
We’re all products of our environment,
We represent the ones we know,
We watch and learn as we grow.
Maybe it’s suppose to be,
To walk and talk like the one’s we see,
Or maybe we’re suppose to change,
To grow, mature and rearrange
To take a step and choose our path,
To make our choices, to never look back.
Maybe every step in the right direction,
Is a way to make up for our imperfection?
And every step that we take back,
Darkens our soul, turns our hearts black.
Can one change the course that’s laid?
Remain unscathed, and not be swayed.
Or does one do what their parents did,
Can they make a life good for their kids?
Or is it that one’s doomed from the start,

To sit and watch their lives fall apart.
Maybe it’s not the falls one takes,
But the way one makes up,
For their own mistakes,
Maybe it’s not all the bad times that come,
But the way one tries,
Too make it all fun.
Maybe we all toss and turn every night,
Get up in the morning to start our life,
Maybe God has laid out the plan,
If we all just do the best that we can.
——————
Whether it be Alaska or Virginia
Where our story does begin.
I tell you I’m not kidding ya.
When I declare him born into sin.

But thank the Lord for God’s own Son.
That this man restored what had been done.
On the shores waves splash
and great minds will clash.

I have all this power
’cause I have His word.
If  Man’s sin is your desire.
Then you should be disturbed.

After bouncing up, down and all around,
from big city, small suburb and even some towns.
The master’s of our boy did split.
The woman let the man taking the boy with.
She galavanted with man and beast.
Finally settling down in the east.
The beast portrayed who portrayed himself as a anew dad.
was trul corrupt, dispicable and bad.
As if th verbal and physical abuse wasn’t enough.
They peddled in sin and bathed in drugs.
The boy soon found his father had a new home.
A new wife, new kids, yes he was all alone.
He watched as his world curmbled a part.
While he was let pcking up he shards of is heart.
But cry not for the boy,
for the story’s not yet over.
Although mit will get worse,
before the closure.
Everyone preached, instructed and told him not to.
They said can’t you be normal? Do you not have a clue?
INside the boy wondered how
when all he saw was surley foul.

Our tragic hero watched the world pass by,
but he did not falter, complain, or eve cry.
They say Iron sharpens Iron, steel upon steel.
So you can imagine what may come of this ordeal.
By the time he was 12,
this boy had seen it all,
drugs, hatred and sin,
wouldn’t cause his fall.
For God and love was within this child.
The fire inside burned it was wild.
Physically he was lost,
but mentally he was stron.
Because God guided him right along.
Don’t for a second thing he didn’t try,
to get help, to shoutout and cry.
However after one or two times to reach a solution.
He faded into the shadows , Alone and quiet was the only resolution.
On one side was hell, the oter appeared to be heaven.
yet straight thru the flames was his only course heading.
They say “you must embrace the sour.”
“before the sweet will have any power.”

The boy knew God hadn’t forsaken him still.
Kept marching forward, head held high was the deal.
Yes God told him ” It will be worth it in the end,
when the others toil and burn in their sin.

Every Sip He Takes

She turned to run, she tripped and fell,

At least that’s the story she’ll tell,

When the neighbors phone for the cops,

At this rate the beatings won’t stop,

But still she takes it all in stride,

And hides her pain down deep inside.

And every sip he takes,

Pushes her away,

And every fist he makes,

Hurts in its own way,

And he’s running out of bridges to burn,

While she’s running out of cheeks left to turn.

Where can she go to, when there’s nowhere left to run,

Being all alone has never been any fun,

So for now she just bites on her tongue,

And takes it all until he is done,

One day she will give up on him and go,

He can hurt her but he can’t crush her soul.

She hates to let him treat her this way,

But she can’t leave now, no not today.

*Bridge  Death of  a sinner and Birth of the phoenix together

Finish changing all the I’s to he etc

Walking through the woods one day,
he stumbled upon a spring.
Something softly spoke to him,
His name it seemed to sing.

He was sure he was alone,
For he made great strides to be.
So he continued on along,
Until the spring changed to a sea.

Then he was knew he heard it call,
This feeling inside he felt.
When Suddenly he started to fall,
And his World began to slowly melt.

Left there falling all alone,
Slipping around in this void.
How was he to get back home,
Even more, had it been destroyed?

That was when I heard once more,
A bit louder than the last.
This time I was really sure,
That I was caught up in it’s grasp.

Looking up and all around,
I saw nothing there but white.
Then I heard a muffled sound,
Speak my name off in the light.

Looking out I saw the stream,
As I stood there on the shore.
Was this something in a dream,
What could possibly be in store?

Off in the distance I heard it howl,
It harmonized with the night.
His voice was powerful, deep, and proud,
As I tried to escape his sight.

It’s eyes were keen,
It’s eyes were sharp.
Its eyes they gleamed,
It’s they sparked.

It’s eyes they peered, they poked and they pried.
It’s eyes they knew, my truths were lies.
What is this beast who lurks so near?
This beast who seems disguised?

Prowling, moving through the night,
Hidden as if, masterfully planned.
From mans destruction, masked from sight,
The beast it scoured, it searched, it scanned.

What is this beast that haunts this land?
Or is it that It haunts my soul?
Has this beast been touched by God’s hand?
Intently searching for answers I may never know.

Inside myself I look to find,
To figure out this beast that hides.
From my sight and from my mind,
Gently moving as it glides.

Passing me as if to tempt,
I reach;
I grabbed,
I pulled at air.
Is this all something I’ve dreamt? ,
Instead I pull and find it’s hair.

I know it’s teasing as it passes,
Stalking it’s new found prey.
I hear it’s teeth as it gnashes,
Then I feel it come my way.

I feel it’s breath upon my neck,
Hairs standing on end as his tail whipped.
As if to demand his earned respect,
I turned to run, his reaction too quick.

Flat on my back before the beast I lay,
I fought, I kicked, I tried to run.
But alas, I could not get away.
The battle seemed to have been all but won.

Beaten I looked it in it’s eyes,
And it returned my weary gaze.
Then I saw to my surprise,
It’s eyes brightly as they blazed.

It’s eyes they burned.
It’s eyes they glowed.
My senses returned,
While my face it showed.

What I felt deep down inside.
Then I knew right away,
That this beast by my side.
Had only come, because my soul was gray.

And

As my life, flashed before my eyes,
I finally began to see.
That this beast had heard my cries,
And that this beast was ME.

Into my soul I dove I went,
Fighting so furiously.
That was when it all began.
I saw my real journey.

Burning light, shown bright from heaven,
Warmed my soul, enlightened me.
“It said that all can be forgiven,
If only thou trust in me.”

It said that “I didn’t Know.”
All the things that I’ve done wrong.
So the beast began to show.
Why it was here, singing me my song.

It said I lied,
I cheat, I steal,
I turned, I tried,
How could this all be real?

It reared it’s massive head straight back,
And with great precession it spoke.
“It told me that my heart was black.”
“It told me I was broke.”

Suddenly it all made sense,
The beast, the light, It was intense.

Then I let a deep breath out,
The beast it disappeared.
I turned my head all about,
Man this was truly weird.

I searched and looked all around,
Was it all just a dream?
Suddenly I heard a sound,
The mirror was beckoning me.

From the face that stared right back,
I could surely tell.
That if I continued down this path,
I would most defiantly Battle Of One

Like a Phoenix I have risen
From this Hell that was my prison.
To wash away the night
and bring forth Apocalypsis’ Light.
Dante rose from his inferno,
Like his, my soul is eternal.

People preach, they teach, and, yes, they train,
To contort, distort, and rape your brain.
The Good Book in many ways says,
Do everything in Moderation,
So I take it all in without hesitation.
If I needed your permission,
Then I probably would’ve asked.
Instead I have my Intuition,
All other’s opinions I have trashed.

I do not write these rhymes for you,
They’re etched in stone; they flow and spew
out of my mouth and from my hand—
as if God does move my pen.
*Insert He moves my pen

 He Moves My Pen

These words that I write,

I can never really control,

If you read them just right,

God’s plan for us you’ll know.

He lays the words all out,

Made perfectly for me,

I just write them down,

For all the world To see.

I write it all in verse,

I write it all in lines,

What could be worse? ,

Then having no rhyme.

No rhyme or reason,

That I do the things I do,

I live my life by season,

Writing poems down for you.

I only have one life to live,

So I live this life to write,

God only had one son to give,

He traded him for my life.

These words that flow,

Gently through my hands,

It represents my soul,

And God’s awesome plan.

I’m starting to see,

Through open eyes,

What I can be,

With God by my side.

He gives me my song,

He gives me my power,

I can never go wrong,

Cause I check in every hour.

With the man up stairs,

The master from above,

The one that fills us,

With mercy and love.

He’s the one that gave,

My song to me,

So my life for him I’ll live,

For all of eternity.
In the beginning there was nothingness,
Just an eternally endless darkness.
Till God spoke and shook the Heavens.
Yes, the Lord did it all in sevens.

*Insert here Seven Deadly Sins

Deadly Sins

The World is on fire,

Its burning from within,

And everyones desire,

Is someone else’s sin.

The people are all suffering,

No matter the color or creed,

The fire is now smoldering,

Its flames are fueled by GREED.

We are our own worst enemy,

Devouring ourselves bit by bit,

The hunger turns to GLUTTONY,

As the fire now persists.

We’re always moving forward,

But is it in the right direction?

To busy playing follow the leader,

To realize PRIDE is an infection.

We mistake LUST for love,

It happens all the time,

No answers from above,

Now the fires close behind.

The fires nipping at our heels,

Because we’ve all grown LAZY,

The smoke billows and slowly fills,

As our World becomes hazy.

The fire burns more wildly,

While the World continues to spin,

And we all sit by idly,

As we let the ANGER in.

We are all consumed by ENVY,

You can see it everywhere,

When everyones your enemy,

You forget why you were scared.

The fire is now within me,

It’s God’s gift for me to share,

But it seven deadly sins,

That won’t get you anywhere.
——————————————-
What once was black became the night,
And the day was sun, filled up with light.
As all the planets began to align,
God created  “kroʊnɒs”(Chronos) who begat time.
They saw the planet filled up with water.
So God breathed life into Luna.
A newfound daughter.

She balanced the sun and pulled back the tides.
To uncover the land, all the water hides.
You don’t have to read this to know it’s true.
My words drip, drop, like the morning dew.

I am the Phoenix Infinitus.
I stand at the One God’s side
to protect his [] decree
and destroy man’s sinful pride.

My sword is God’s fire.
My shield, pure sweet love.
My mission, truly dire.
I’m trying to get above.

I cannot, will not, be deterred.
By all the turbulent outside noise.
I’m here to spread the Holy Word,
Not to play with shiny toys.

Once all the land was pulled up,
God saw that the land was fruitless.
Soon vegetation and life erupt,
Flora sprang up like symphonic music.
Next God made, what we now call Fauna.
What was once nothing, soon became Nirvana.

What you call “God,”
Other’s might call “Allah.”
Because in the end,
There’s only one shot caller.

God tried to cleanse our sins with water,
But now it’s my turn for I’m the Fire Starter.
Metaphorically speaking. I say unto you,
God’s coming to collect all believers,
Whether Catholic, Arab, Christian, or Jew.

God’s coming for me and coming for you.
Coming for Buddhists and even the Hindu.
He’s coming for all that were thrown out of Babel.
I’m putting the pieces together,
His clues, my words begin to unravel.

Yes I am the Phoenix Infinitus,
and I am connected to it all.
What was, what is, and what’s to come.
I am here to lay down God’s law.

When everyone’s led by false prophets,
Some wrong ideas and shimmering gods.
Their love for greed has become toxic.
Their “Relationship with God” a Fraud.

Some may worship money.
Others, they worship the fame.
A few scramble for all the power
While centuries pass with no real change.

The Garden of Eden, where God made our start.
Was where man received his first beating heart.
For God made man in His own form,
Unto this world a son named Atom was born.

Next came Eve’alution, she was made out of Atoms.
The two shared a love that could not be fathomed.

Atom, he was the constant.
Eve’alution was the ever changing.
Two halves of the same soul.
Their molecules always rearranging.

“Matter cannot be created nor destroyed,” people cry.
Yet my God created us in the blink of an eye.
Some say we sprung up in a black hole.
Others say if you believe that, Hell’s where you’ll go.
I’ve been at the bottom,

A lot longer than I’ve not.

Reservations? Yeah I got ’em,

’Cause God’s saving me a spot.

I’m the Phoenix Infinitus,

And I’ve come at this time.

To shine the light of Apocalypsis,

And to translate God’s rhymes.

Don’t mistake me for a prophet

because I’m nothing of the sort.

I’m not here to sell you nonsense,

nor to please all your courts.

I am here to rip down the veil

that has covered all your eyes.

Wicked men should grow pale,

as they wallow in their lies.

I walk the narrow line,
like Johnny said to do.
One step at a time,
as I learn from the likes,
J.C., Buddha , and MR. King too.

I prefer my music with no words,
Like the chitter chatter of some nesting birds.
Yeah I keep that line directly on my right.
My hips squared, and my shoulders back tight.

I watch the leaves Blow,
As I breath it all in.
I choose the seeds I sow.
While most toil in sin.

My soul may not be white,
But its completely cleansed.
Because I can feel life,
with the gentle touch of the wind.

While I’m walking, talking, carrying on.
You guys are trying to keep all your equipment on.
But in reality all I really need,
Is a little rationality and the air I breathe.

The land under my feet might not be mine,
But it doesn’t belong to the landlords either.
The sun gives me radiating heat sublime.
It’s one of this Universe’s greatest features.

Yes figuratively I say unto you,
Life’s worth so much more when your free.
Just pick your friends and start your crew,
‘Cause it’s a better ride, the best RPG.

Epidemic

Don’t you kno—w, I purge my so–ul,
For all the wicked things that I did.
It’s a feeling some will never know,
And a pain that all have hid.
It’s kinda quiet absah-heard,
This feeling that I get.
The tingling begins to burn,
While alone here I just sit.

(Chorus)
‘cause
It’s like an epidemic,
Running through our veins,
And all the things we don’t do,
Really drives me insane.
Everyone says they’re ready,
For some-things too change.
But people keep steady,
Just a doing nothin,
to cure this epidemic,
through our veins.

So Why should I listen to all their answers,
And wait for things to chan—-ge,
If you want the cure for this cancer,
Then You gotta get up and do somethin.
It’s easy to take what they give to you,
Even harder to make your own way,
But you’ll never know till you see it through,
So why not start doing something today?

(Chorus)

(Bridge)
So it’s time to take a stand
& To help the ones you can.
We’ve heard your lies,
and now we‘re through,
we‘re done with lines,
and we‘re done with you…
Lyrically Driven

I met this girl that was lyrically driven,
she handed me heart attached to a ribbon.
She said all the pieces fall into place,
every time I feel the warmth of your embrace.
I took the ribbon,
I took the heart,
She kept forgiving,
every time I broke them apart.
I scurried and tried to make this right,
I worried my pride would rue the night.
But her love was never ever depleting
The ribbon the heart,
its what kept mine beating.

you’re always asking”what you want with me”
and inside I know its plain to see.
I’m wondering what you would say.
If I asked you to hop a train one day.
Maybe hop a plane even a bus we’ll see.
all I knows you set me free.

from the pain and constant misery.

what started out as lust quickly turned to love.
I’m left knowing there’s a God up there above.
Holding the shards  of a lonely shattered heart.
that hasn’t pumped quiet right since we did part

Its not complete when you’re not around
you are the only rhythm to my rhyme…
At heavens door since you brought me to town,
there’s no pretending you’re not on my mind.

when i focus on you God Speaks through me.
in prose, poetic pieces laid out to explain.
as if my heart and souls been freed.
from hells intense burning flame

I wrote about you in the rising sun.

I wrote about you in others too.
Cute cuddly, and incredibly fun
You take away all the blue.
I’m seriously writing this here right now.
because all the songs remind me of you.
something inside me is starting to see how.
The pain you felt when I said its through.

Yeah you are  driven by the words that form lines.
Youve brought the melody and I got the rhymes.
Two halves of the same soul,
With broken pieces of one heart.
Two currents in the same flow.
Opposite ends of the same start.
The musical notes drove me to her,
The lyrics brought this girl to my door.
Two beautiful brightly burning stars,
One from Venus, the other from mars.
Both wanting one and the same,
Each driven apart with different names.
But love endures all,yes it will prevail.
I’m just scared of the fall…. Into this fairytale.
*insert rising sun, my muse, its in the eyes

Rising Sun

I  see you in my dreams at night,

But when I wake and see the light,

Your face no longer comes to mind,

So in my dreams I search to find,

The clues that you have left behind.

One by one they come to me,

But when I wake I’m left empty,

And with the dawn a new regret,

Because your face I do forget,

So every night I sleep with you,

Yet every morning, you leave me too,

But when we sleep, we sleep as one,

Until we part with morning sun,

Therefore all day your memory fades,

Until the sunlight turns to shade,

And I’m reminded of your grace,

With newfound beauty in your face,

Piece by piece it comes together,

And now; suddenly becomes forever,

So with sun setting in the west,

I feel your heart beat from your chest,

And as I slowly drift to sleep,

I feel the warmth from your feet,

As our bodies come together,

It feels as though, it’ll last forever,

And as dew drops down I feel your kiss,

Brushing gently across my lips,

If only you would say your name,

Together we could be, during the day,

But your name remains unknown,

So I’m left here, all alone,

Truth be told our love is done,

With the rising of the sun.

My MUSE

My song will have no beat,

Without your beautiful smile,

My words are at your feet,

As long as you stay for a while.

My song will have no rhythm,

It would just be the blues,

If you were to go missing,

My beauty, My love, My muse.

I need you here in my life,

You truly inspire me,

You give me my words,

My words that I write,

The words that I sing,

I’m always writing to you,

But you never seem to see,

So what am I to do,

I’ll never leave it be.

My songs would be just lines,

Lines with empty meaning,

So stay with me for all time,

Can’t you see my reasoning?

Without you here with me,

I’m writing to myself,

Where could she possibly be?

Maybe it’s you.

Tomorrow Today

I don’t have tomorrow to love you this way,

For what if tomorrow wasn’t given to me,

So I’ll love you as much as I can today,

Cause tomorrow together we might not be.

I don’t have tomorrow to kiss you this way,

For what if tonight is our last night,

So I’ll kiss you as much as I can today,

Cause we might not be at first light.

I don’t have tomorrow to hold you this way,

For tomorrow is never promised to come,

So I’ll hold you as tight as I can today,

Cause tomorrow the world could be undone.

I don’t have tomorrow to tell you I love you,

For this time could be my last,

So when I say it, believe it, and know it’s true,

Without you a shadow would be cast.

This shadow would be cast upon my life,

This shadow cast upon my soul,

Your love was my own shining light,

And now that it’s gone.  I’ll never know.

So where am I now that the night is gone,

And a new dull sun has risen,

Once was our love is now undone.

Alone I’m left here in this prison…

This prison created by your loving smile,

Created by your loves tempting kisses,

I may have loved you for only a while,

But it continues to fill me with bliss.

Loves Spell

Her love was pure magic,

Casting a spell on me,

But our story is tragic,

And by the end you’ll see.

Her eyes looking into mine,

I turn to hide my eyes, my stare,

But as she walked on by,

I saw that she returned my stare.

Her eyes they peered,

Back into mine,

A moment we shared,

A moment in time.

I got a hint,

Of her perfume,

Her smell, Her scent,

Filled up the room.

She looked my way,

I froze with fear,

But to this day,

I dream of her.

Suddenly I awoke,

Alone in my bed,

A voice it spoke,

From inside my head.

Telling me she’s watching,

Wanting, waiting for me,

But still time keeps marching,

Marching away from me.

So I must now go search out and find,

The one whose love is true,

Maybe she’s in the back of my mind,

Maybe that one is you.

It’s in the eyes

People are always asking,

What is it that I’m looking for?

And merely as I’m passing,

I tell them its eyes I adore.

Deep shades of emerald green,

Light blue and hazel are to,

Are the best I’ve yet to see?

But now I’m looking at you.

I’m looking deep into your eyes,

Are you looking into mine?

They truly seem to tell no lies,

The best I will ever find.

Your eyes reflect true beauty,

For sure the purest love,

God certainly did his duty,

When he made you, up above.

Your eyes show the way,

They light up my life,

I can tell you know today,

You’re the perfect type.

Beautiful Disaster

‘Verse 1′

There’s this girl that I know,

everyone’s always after,

she seems to radiate and glow,

Cheer you up with her laughter.

Her hair was long,

and her eyes were blue, .

her smile always,

lit up the room.

Oh

‘Chorus’

She is all you’ll ever want,

All you could ever ask for,

the love that all men hunt,

this beautiful disaster,

impossible to tame,

no one will ever master,

she’s only known by one name,

and that’s beautiful disaster.

‘Verse 2′

This girl let’s no one into her soul,

It soothes the heartache faster,

From the pain that’s

left when they go,

inside she already knows,

that if she lets no one in,

she’ll be safe with nothing left to defend.

That’s why….

‘Chorus’

‘Bridge’

If she’d only open up her heart,

And shed some light on the dark,

some one would see her for what’s inside,

and wipe away all the tears she’s cried,

But she’s got lessons left to learn,

a few bridges left to burn,

and once the memories are gone,

and she finally finds someone,

‘last chorus’

He’ll be all she’ll ever want,

all that she could ask for,

the love that women hunt,

a love that would be everlastin.

Their hearts would be one in the same,

They may even share last name,

And with nothing left to master,

Our Beauty’s no longer a disaster.

Sittin On A Bench

‘Verse 1′

Your memory still,

surrounds me.

Like the slow movin fog,

the morning has brought.

And still the world,

moves on around me.

As my life slowly seems,

to fall apart.

That’s why’

‘Chorus’

I’m sittin all alone,

on a bench in this park,

Just a wonderin what,

you’ could of done with my heart.

as the world moves on;

and the sky grows dark,

I just sit on this bench,

In the middle of this park.

‘Verse2′

Oh the world always,

Moves on with out me,

while I sit back and watch

in dis-B E L I E F.

If only you would,

just find me,

and give back what,

isn’t yours.

Then I could just loose,

your memory,

and move on with no remorse.

But something inside,

still pulls at me.

as I….

‘Chorus’

‘bridge’

If only my life,

moved like the rest of the worlds,

Then i wouldn’t be singing,

bout some silly girl,

that came into my life,

and tore it apart,

now she’s misplaced,

the pieces of my heart.

FairyTale Endin

‘Verse 1’

When I was just a baby,

My momma said that one day,

The perfect man would find me,

We’d get a house; have a family,

Oh as the years have gone bye,

I’ve yet to find that one guy,

But I’m gonna look some more,

Till he’s at my door.

‘Chorus’

You know

I want my happy ending,

And I need my fairytale,

I’m tired of defending,

This dark world by myself,

Cause,

They’ve all said I love you,

Till they break my Heart N two,

But the keep decieven,

And they won’t stop a leaven,

Oh I’m still believing,

In my Fairy tale

‘Verse 2’

I want to stop searching,

But my heart continues hurtin,

For the one that’s in my head,

The man that I’m to wed,

Oh I’m afraid that if I give up,

I’ll never find my true love,

So I close my eyes tight,

And dream of him at night.

‘Bridge’

God I pray that he still lives,

as I’m narrowin down the list,

Cause when I find the one,

And my stories begun,

I’ll be living,

My fairytale ending……

Rocking With Angels

“Verse 1″

I’m not afraid of dying no more,

Because I’ve found God,

When this life is over,

And my time is come,

There will be no reason,

To shed a tear for me,

I’ll be “Rocking With Angels”,

From dusk to dawn.

“Chorus”

I got this one way ticket,

To heaven baby,

Because my soul is saved,

I didn’t have to pay for it,

God gave it to me for free,

If you want your own ticket,

Just talk to God today,

All you got to do is,

Fall to your knees and pray,

Cause you’ll be rocking,

And a “Rolling With Angels” baby,

From dusk till dawn.

“Verse 2″

I’ll be walking with God on clouds,

Soaring around with wings,

They’ll be no more frowns,

Oh everyone will be happy,

So don’t you cry for me,

When I’m gone,

Cause I’ll be Rocking,

With angels from dusk till dawn.

“Bridge”

The devil may reign on earth,

But heaven belongs to God,

So live your life through the holy word,

And then when your time comes,

You’ll already have paid your dues,

SO dying won’t be bad news,

Then you be able to come,

And rock with angels from dusk till dawn.

(Adapted from Poem written in memory of Dan Birchard, Truly a great man and teacher to us all.)

Rocking With Angels

We’re all gathered  here today,

To give our dearly loved one away.

Free spirited and happy he was.

But now he’s with God up above.

Partying with angels from dusk till dawn.

Our beloved Dan was always up for fun.

He loved his wine, and his friends,

No matter how trouble we got in.

But don’t shed a tear because he’s gone.

He’s Rocking with angels from dusk till dawn.

Sipping his favorite drink with lime.

So pour another glass, hell pour it all out.

Remember that Dan loved to talk.

Keep him in your heart and mind.

Don’t ever leave his memory behind.

Because he was a caring soul.

But God made plans, and needed him to go.

The Angels wanted to party with him for all time,

So remember Dan when you read my rhyme.

Old Soul

“Verse 1″

Well i walked in to see the teller,

Oh the fortunes that shes told,

I’d heard’em  from my pa,

when I was 7 years old.

and

That’s why i’m sitting here,

Telling you this,

Today,

He said she’d give’em out,

In every which way,

But only to the ones,

That we’re slightly old.

“Chorus”

Not in the flesh,

But deep down in the soul.

The ones  we’re Always tryin,

to break the mold,

Still the better man,

Oh the years how they showed.

Yet it felt soothing,

some how it felt known,

THEN she peered into my  eyes

And said Boy “YOUR AN OLd SOUL”

“Verse2″

Pa Had told me bout the days,

had told meeeee,

bout the nIGhts,

He’d even said something bout,

Them damn city lights.

He said the’d by appealing,

attractive yes,

at first,

but once you fall in love,

BOY you know you’ll  cursed.

Oh’ It wont be in,

the back of your mind.

NO

Not in the flesh,

But deep down in the soul.

Boy don’t forget,

Yes your an old soul,

and she knows,

you know it.

Still its kinda soothing,

some how kinda known,

as she peered into my  eyes

And said “YOUR AN OLd SOUL”

“Bridge”

Still i asked for her advice

She said boyheee,

Don’t you know,

Your Daddy’s already has,

Everything that’s been told,

So you don’t want nothing,

and this window closed.

“Last chorus”

And I as walked to my car,

Brain still kinda froze,

I remembered all those stories,

that my grandpa had told.

He told me bout the ones,

ones that we’re old,

Not in the flesh,

way deep down in there soul,

And as I looked in the,

rear view mirror,

I knew my fortune was GOLD.

Epidemic

Don’t you kno—w, I purge my so–ul,

For all the wicked things that I did.

It’s a feeling some will never know,

And a pain that all have hid.

It’s kinda quiet absah-heard,

This feeling that I get.

The tingling begins to burn,

While alone here I just sit.

(Chorus)

‘cause

It’s like an epidemic,

Running through our veins,

And all the things we don’t do,

Really drives me insane.

Everyone says they’re ready,

For some-things too change.

But people keep steady,

Just a doing nothin,

to cure this epidemic,

through our veins.

So Why should I listen to all their answers(or the mayor(havent decided)),

And wait for things to chan—-ge,

If you want the cure for this cancer,

Then You gotta get up and do somethin.

It’s easy to take what they give to you,

Even harder to make your own way,

But you’ll never know till you see it through,

So why not start doing something today?

(Chorus)

(Bridge)

So it’s time to take a stand

& To help the ones you can.

We’ve heard your lies,

and now we‘re through,

we‘re done with lines,

and we‘re done with you…

“Lil’ Bit Of Heaven”

“Verse 1″

Babe it’s me; I was dreamin,

Of you last nite,

But now tha sun has risen,

I don’t feel rite,

So lonely here I’m lyin,

Wishin you we’re too,

Don’t you know I’m dyin,

To be with you?

“Chorus”

‘Cause’

It’s a “Lil’ bit of Heaven,”

When your on my mind,

There’s no way I’m leavin,

I’m stayin by your side,

You know I can’t hide this feelin,

Although I’ve tried,

‘And’

Girl you got me seein,

Through open eyes,

When I’m lost in a “Lil’ Bit Of Heaven,”

And you’re on my mind.

“Verse 2″

So even though I’m sleepin,

I’m dreamin of you,

And I love it when your teasin,

Doin whatcha do,

But it’s just as pleasant,

Holdin’ you tite,

‘Oh’ I’ll be in heaven,

When your here tonite.

‘Chorus’

‘Bridge’

“You Know”

The stars must have aligned tonite,

‘Cause here in your arms, the Worlds’ alive,

I’m countin down tha minutes,

& prayin you’re on time,

‘Oh’ baby I’m lost in a “Lil’ Bit Of Heaven”,

When your on my mind.

“Chorus”

My Note to the Future Generations

This one is for the children to come,

the ones that are here when my life is done.

The ones that read the words I write,

when and if I am famous after my life.

So as you read my words in this book.

Remember me and the time I took.

To come up with all these words, these lines.

Remember my words till the end of all time.

Take into account all the tears and the cries.

Then try to pick apart my truths from my lies.

If you can’t find fault and it all seems true.

Then I guess my words have touched you.

So take all my lessons, take all my trials.

Open my book every once in awhile,

Remember me with all the rest.

Remember me as one of the best.

The Mighty River

Every Sunday down at the river,

We get together with God and his son,

And with his grace the preacher delivers,

Until every man, woman, child is done.

The preachers’ chest deep in water,

Cleansing every body’s soul,

I do believe its getting hotter,

I guess only God truly knows.

The mighty river flowing,

Flows so very smooth,

The mighty river rolling,

The rolling tends to soothe.

Rolls down from the mountains,

Rolls down from the hills,

The mighty river is our fountain,

The mighty river heals.

Reaching the edge of the river,

Remembering when it was my turn,

When God, my soul did deliver,

So for all eternity I wouldn’t burn.

The mighty river God does use,

To wash away our sins,

The mighty river is our muse,

It’s where it all begins.

The mighty river flowing,

Flows so very smooth,

The mighty river rolling,

The rolling tends to soothe.

Rolls down from the mountains,

Rolls down from the hills,

The mighty river is our fountain,

The mighty river heals.

Walking away from the river,

With all my new saved friends,

For God and his Son did deliver,

They’re blessed glory to them.

So it all starts with a river,

And it all ends with his son,

Meeting us they’re to deliver,

On the banks the Jordan River.

The Frost

In Loving Memory Of Judith B. Hobbs

The morning brings the frost,

But not all hope is lost,

For the spring is coming soon,

To melt away the gloom,

And wash away the tears,

That met us this New Years,

For another loved ones lost,

To the biting of the Frost,

Now we’ve gathered on this day,

To give our dearly loved one away,

Who cared for us when we were broke,

And healed us with the words she spoke,

Even after we were rude,

And maybe had an attitude,

She never swayed from her course,

Which is why we sit here with remorse,

Because another rose is lost,

To the biting of the Frost,

But the warmth is still in view,

And the frost slowly turns to dew,

Although we’ve lost a shining light,

Our guiding star within the night,

Because she filled us with her love,

And now walks with God up above,

All the memories we shall not forget,

No matter how bad the frost may get,

But again the sun will rise,

To dry the tears from our eyes,

Because she walks with God on clouds,

Can’t you hear her heavenly sounds,

For he gave a new halo,

Yes she has the wings of an angel,

And she’s looking down on us,

Yet still were safe from the Frost,

Alas the temperature begins to climb,

Can’t you see her smile divine,

Slowing warming up our hearts,

Watch her wings gently start,

As they flutter to and fro,

Thawing all the winters snow,

Dripping, flowing, down the river,

To the banks of Jordan He delivers,

But don’t forget you’ll always see,

Her spirit lives on in you and me,

And with the coming of the spring,

We hear the birds and angels sing.

A Grain Of Sand

I wish I could fast forward into the future,

To a time where I can escape this torture,

By this hole I am neck deep in,

And life keeps on pouring the sand.

One grain of sand at a time,

This life consumes me,

The tides slowly coming in,

I can smell the sea,

For if It rises,

And I am still here,

It’s the worst for me,

I sadly do fear.

There’s no use in screaming, my lungs are worn,

My heart is empty, and my life is torn,

I’ve tried my best and I’m still stuck deep,

And still the ocean begins to creep.

Some kids walk by, they laugh at me,

I’m in danger can’t they see,

Or can they really see me here,

They had too of, they were so near.

A wave rolls in and splashes me,

My life flashes for me to see,

And it an instant its passes’ bye,

And leaves me here alone to die.

Her story

She always hiding,

Deep inside her self,

As the books lay piled,

Scattered upon the shelf,

An organized disaster,

Is what it seems to be,

But its all she has,

Thus it full fill’s her every need.

An independent struggle,

Is all she’s left with,

Slowly sifting through the rubble,

Tattered and worn she sits..

Flipping through the pages,

Counting them one by one,

Wondering when it’s her turn,

And if her story’s begun.

Alas’ she has read,

Yet another fable,

Alone in her head,

She seems to travel,

Silently drifting,

To a place that’s quiet,

That’s when she is inspired,

To start a story of her own,

To make her tale,

Become her home,

Still she lives,

her life her way,

It may not be much,

But it’s her story.

Add to closing statement

Remember everyone has their own dragon to slay.  We are all struggling internally with something. The dragon represents our egos. If you can tame your ego/dragon you can achieve balance and enlightenment.

Con’s

—–
Born on February first,
was a boy named Corey.
From the start there was a thirst
For him to tell you his story.

It’s all based on your perception,
Does life begin when we form a heart?
Or is it at conception
That our story did start?

If it’s the latter that you prefer,
Then let me break the ice,
It does not matter when it occurred.
Either/or, he was born twice.

The first time into Hell.
The second has yet to come.
Pay attention to the story I tell
So you’ll see why the Phoenix won.

This fable has been told
Once or twice it’s true,
the label printed in bold
and specially gift wrapped for you.

Each time you think you’re wiser
Than the one that came before.
But none can hold the fire
For what is really in store.

Tossed about into an open ocean,
Of emotion this boy was thrown.
Lost without any guarantee or notion,
if he would ever find a home.

With each and every  new year’s eve,
He moved to a new city.
No matter the tattered yarn we weave.
He was looked upon with  pity.

Moving up and down the east coast,
of what was known as the home of the”free”.
His only companion a conjured  ghost.
That he had met beneath an old oak tree.

Vanity, hate and lust abound,
was where he laid his head.
Sanity, love and fate was found,
pouring from within him instead.

The joke would be on the ones that laughed,
When he shared all of his stories.
Non believers all of them taken aback.
For they thought he was just seeking glory.

Searching the seven seas for someone to share
one that could release him from this jail
creating their own heaven would this pair
as the two embraced the wind that kissed the  sail.

The beast portrayed who portrayed himself as a anew dad.
was truly corrupt, dispicable and bad.

Although it will get worse,
before the closure.

Physically he was lost,
but mentally he was strong.

Truth

http://www.tsu.co/coreyscreativco

Psalm 15:1-2 O LORD, who shall sojourn in your tent? Who shall dwell on your holy hill? He who walks blamelessly and does what is right and speaks Truth in his heart;

Zechariah 8:16 These are the things that you shall do: Speak the Truth to one another; render in your gates judgments that are true and make for peace;

Which is worshiping a false god/idol.

recently

this post is seperate from my book right now. I might decide to add it at a later date.

With that being said.
Recently I was “let go” or “fired” the day after point out that management in my place of employment was being racist. They were giving white people 15-20 minute breaks on all shifts(which tech you should get a 30 min break on an 8 hour shift in NC legally) and they were only giving the mexicans and blacks that were working there 10-15 minutes if any at all. Now it wasn’t all the managers. I am not even going to blast out the name of the company.

The other day when I was going over what had hapened to me with a person(name omitted) they said “you should have kept your mouth shut and you’d still have a job”…..
Really?? Is that what we have turned into as a species? Screw the other person as long as I get mine? (I am white btw) It saddens me to think that people turn blind eyes daily to things they shouldn’t. In my opinion if you turn a blind eye to something wrong you are just as guilty as the person committing the act.

when will we learn that in order to help ourselves we must help those around us?

my response to the person that said that I should have kept my mouth shut was simply ” Atleast when I am standing there at the end of my life I won’t feel guilty for allowing attrocities to occur whether it ruins my situation or not. We have a responsibility to help those less fortunate than ourselves.

If you’re not going to do that then all I have to say to you is. ….
You’ll get yours in the end.

Sunday Sermon

There is nothing you will see in this book that is new.
There are no new ideas or concepts here. I merely have acted as a magnetic mortar or glue that has attracted these thoughts and put them together. Further more I insist that you research for yourself all things. There is only ONE TRUTH. There are many different perceptions of that truth. All of which are skewed and false. All glory for this book belongs to the Creator.

John 14:6 “I am the way, the TRUTH and the LIFE. No ONE can come to the Father except through me. (Me being the ultimate truth.)

We humans have developed a lot of sayings that are false. ( Ignorance is bliss) By believing these statements we perpetuate hate and fear by continuing to hang on to these false thoughts. False gods, because if God is Truth(Knowledge) Than any other thing but the truth is false. Which is worshiping a false god/idol.

Let us look at the word “Ignorance” taken from the phrase ignorance is bliss.
Lots of people believe this is true. They believe that if you do not Know something then they are no at fault or to blame for letting it happen. However when we look at the word igonrance we find that it actually means Ignoring (Ignor-ance) the Truth. If you ignore the truth then you are in fact ignoring God because as previouusly stated God is Truth. There is only one Truth and there has only ever been one Truth. Nothing we say or do can change the past or the present situation. We can only affect and bring about change to the future by acting in the now.

Warning This post might cause you to have a break with reality. ;)

THE BIRTH OF THE PHOENIX INFINITUS & THE DEATH OF A SINNER

ABOUT

Phoenix Infinitus

THE BIRTH OF THE PHOENIX INFINITUS

&
THE DEATH OF A SINNER

This Book is dedicated to all the artist out there building, creating, and proving people wrong along the way.

Dreams are not meant to be put on a jar and saved for a rainy day.  Everyday can be a dream if you stop and smell the metaphorical roses.

I am writing this story as two seperate pieces.

The first is The Death of a Sinner.

The second is The Birth of the Phoenix.

I want to tell you the truth. I want you to wake up. I want to enlighten you, or bring about an apocalypse, a reveolution of the mind.

You and are the same. The only thing that seperates us is the idea of “self”

The tingling of realization starts slowly in the back of your head. The major bone structure there is the atlas, the connector between the spine and the skull. LIkewise, a mao, or atlas connects all of us to the three-dimensional world. ust like all the parts of our bodies are interconnected. They come together to form a united being. People are interconnected in this world. We are most assurredly not supposed to be wasting our lives peddling in other people’s affairs. Who cares about who ows what and who is dating whom? I don’t. I don’t see why anyone does. Everyone has a dierent view of reality from his or her perspective. We are separete realities of the same instant. WE are all the same.
There can be only One. We are One Love, One Life, and One God.

Namaste to all my friends and followers.

Awaken starseeds because its a beautiful life and its beckoning you.

It just continues to split over ad over again.  What if our consciousness just divided itself over and over again until we got to the point we are now?  We are all different beings but we come from the same source.  We all flow from the same river. We are all made up of stardust.  Some call us star seeds.  Others call us indigo children. In reality its all just a different interpretation of the same philosophy.  Be one with the now for there will never be anything else for you but the now.  Thank God every time you breathe and area allowed to wake up to the glorious world that we have inherited.

We are emotional disasters.  We all long    We all strive to be better than we were the day before.  We are all doing the best we can with what we have.

Are you and I the same?

Do you lie in bed at night and wonder if you’re doing what your supposed to be doing?

Do you get up every morning to the same alarm clock buzzing? The same obnoxious bird chirping profusely outside your window?

The Dragon Within
Short story by Corey Holland

– ————

*Insert Population Control Here

*insert This Rain that keeps on falling

This Rain That Keeps On Falling

The sky is truly falling,

Falling down around me.

Or is that God is crying,

For the wicked things he sees.

I’m looking out my window,

And as far my eyes can see,

Is the beauty that he’s making?

Being destroyed by me.

Destroyed by my actions,

And the things that I do.

But I have this passion,

That’s why I’m telling you.

There’s bound to come a day,

When there is no more sky.

And there will be no way,

For mankind to survive.

I saw it in a vision,

That one day it will be gone.

And I’m on this mission,

To stop what is being done.

These tears that are falling,

Falling from the sky.

Are they coming from God?

Or are they falling from my eye.

I’m afraid of the future,

I’m addicted to the past.

When it comes to God and nature,

Nothing man-made seems to last.

In the closing hours of the day,

He calls upon this man.

To open up and show the way,

To show his master plan.

He talks to me about the rain,

He talks to me about the past.

He talks to me about the pain,

He shows that it will pass.

He said he’s happy for me,

He’s glad that I’m concerned.

But he’s the almighty,

A lesson the world will learn.

But the rain keeps falling,

Falling from the sky.

And here I sit knowing that,

It’s coming from my eye.
As the demand for the next new device or fad rises to alarming numbers, the battle for the environment roars silently on.

*insert nature

Nature

Nature’s true beauty captured in my writing,

Doesn’t matter the time of day, or lighting?,

So with pen to paper I aim to please,

Writing about all the birds and the bees.

Before my eyes lay a scene,

That was completely serene,

With it’s flowing Rivers cascading,

And it’s hidden birds serenading.

Their music soft and so very sweet,

It slowly lured me to a deep sleep,

And there I lay in a deep slumber,

Till I heard the falling of timber.

Startled awake, I see destruction,

For man decided its time for construction,

Time to build another shopping mall,

Or is that the trees just needed to fall.

Smoke billowed from over the hill,

Maybe it’s another land fill,

I could see the animals running,

Probably because man was coming.

With homes destroyed and habitats gone,

The animals had no where to run,

They fled the scene, they hid, they ran,

They had to escape the evils of man.

Public wars with hidden agendas ravage the World while the population is spoon fed what it wants to hear. Don’t become one of the masses. Don’t become one of the zombies, the sheeple.

Why do we sit at home and watch T V?

Why do we watch reality television or the newest sitcom on? Is it to remind us what we’re striving for? I don’t think so. I think it is to remind how pathetic our life is so we will stay a slave to society. I mean we do all the work don’t we? I could name you all off but there really isn’t the space on any word document to do so. The laborers of the world. We are the ones that do all the work right? You are the foundation that this World is built on. So is it okay for the better off to treat the little person badly because you saw it on t v?

Is that just the way it is?

I really don’t think so.

It seems that today if your child doesn’t have a cell phone before they’re a teenager then they are poor. Since when was it a sign of poverty to keep your children from becoming a slave to the electronics. Mp3 players passed out like lolly-pops to some kids.

Why?

Doesn’t any one see that by depending on these things our lives are becoming pointless. It seems some children know how to text before they know who the first president was. They can tell who some pop star is dating but they can’t do simple math with out a calculator. Is it smart to depend only on one thing as much as most people do. I don’t believe you should ever put that much trust into something that is guaranteed to always be there. Imagine what would happen if Google suddenly vanished.

*insert 4 walls

*Insert The Call here

For what is really in store.

ssed about into an open ocean,
Of emotion this boy was thrown.
  – –Searching the seven seas for someone to share
one that could release him from this jail
creating their own heaven would this pair
as the two embraced the wind that kissed the  sail.

Can One

We’re all products of the ones were with,

We’re all products of our environment,

We represent the ones we know,

We watch and learn as we grow.

Maybe it’s suppose to be,

To walk and talk like the one’s we see,

Or maybe we’re suppose to change,

To grow, mature and rearrange

To take a step and choose our path,

To make our choices, to never look back.

Maybe every step in the right direction,

Is a way to make up for our imperfection?

And every step that we take back,

Darkens our soul, turns our hearts black.

Can one change the course that’s laid?

Remain unscathed, and not be swayed.

Or does one do what their parents did,

Can they make a life good for their kids?

Or is it that one’s doomed from the start,

To sit and watch their lives fall apart.

Maybe it’s not the falls one takes,

But the way one makes up,

For their own mistakes,

Maybe it’s not all the bad times that come,

But the way one tries,

Too make it all fun.

Maybe we all toss and turn every night,

Get up in the morning to start our life,

Maybe God has laid out the plan,

If we all just do the best that we can.
Whether it be Alaska or Virginia
Where our story does begin.
I tell you I’m not kidding ya.
When I declare him born into sin.

But thank the Lord for God’s own Son.
That this man restored what had been done.
On the shores waves splash
and great minds clash.

I have all this power
’cause I have His word.
If  Man’s sin is your desire.
Then you should be disturbed.

I told you the first time he was born,

It was most certainly into hell.

*insert every sip he takes

Every Sip He Takes

She turned to run, she tripped and fell,

At least that’s the story she’ll tell,

When the neighbors phone for the cops,

At this rate the beatings won’t stop,

But still she takes it all in stride,

And hides her pain down deep inside.

And every sip he takes,

Pushes her away,

And every fist he makes,

Hurts in its own way,

And he’s running out of bridges to burn,

While she’s running out of cheeks left to turn.

Where can she go to, when there’s nowhere left to run,

Being all alone has never been any fun,

So for now she just bites on her tongue,

And takes it all until he is done,

One day she will give up on him and go,

He can hurt her but he can’t crush her soul.

She hates to let him treat her this way,

But she can’t leave now, no not today.

*Bridge  Death of  a sinner and Birth of the phoenix together

Finish changing all the I’s to he etc

Walking through the woods one day,
he stumbled upon a spring.
Something softly spoke to him,
His name it seemed to sing.

He was sure he was alone,
For he made great strides to be.
So he continued on along,
Until the spring changed to a sea.

Then he was knew he heard it call,
This feeling inside he felt.
When Suddenly he started to fall,
And his World began to slowly melt.

Left there falling all alone,
Slipping around in this void.
How was he to get back home,
Even more, had it been destroyed?

That was when I heard once more,
A bit louder than the last.
This time I was really sure,
That I was caught up in it’s grasp.

Looking up and all around,
I saw nothing there but white.
Then I heard a muffled sound,
Speak my name off in the light.

Looking out I saw the stream,
As I stood there on the shore.
Was this something in a dream,
What could possibly be in store?

Off in the distance I heard it howl,
It harmonized with the night.
His voice was powerful, deep, and proud,
As I tried to escape his sight.

It’s eyes were keen,
It’s eyes were sharp.
Its eyes they gleamed,
It’s they sparked.

It’s eyes they peered, they poked and they pried.
It’s eyes they knew, my truths were lies.
What is this beast who lurks so near?
This beast who seems disguised?

Prowling, moving through the night,
Hidden as if, masterfully planned.
From mans destruction, masked from sight,
The beast it scoured, it searched, it scanned.

What is this beast that haunts this land?
Or is it that It haunts my soul?
Has this beast been touched by God’s hand?
Intently searching for answers I may never know.

Inside myself I look to find,
To figure out this beast that hides.
From my sight and from my mind,
Gently moving as it glides.

Passing me as if to tempt,
I reach;
I grabbed,
I pulled at air.
Is this all something I’ve dreamt? ,
Instead I pull and find it’s hair.

I know it’s teasing as it passes,
Stalking it’s new found prey.
I hear it’s teeth as it gnashes,
Then I feel it come my way.

I feel it’s breath upon my neck,
Hairs standing on end as his tail whipped.
As if to demand his earned respect,
I turned to run, his reaction too quick.

Flat on my back before the beast I lay,
I fought, I kicked, I tried to run.
But alas, I could not get away.
The battle seemed to have been all but won.

Beaten I looked it in it’s eyes,
And it returned my weary gaze.
Then I saw to my surprise,
It’s eyes brightly as they blazed.

It’s eyes they burned.
It’s eyes they glowed.
My senses returned,
While my face it showed.

What I felt deep down inside.
Then I knew right away,
That this beast by my side.
Had only come, because my soul was gray.

And

As my life, flashed before my eyes,
I finally began to see.
That this beast had heard my cries,
And that this beast was ME.

Into my soul I dove I went,
Fighting so furiously.
That was when it all began.
I saw my real journey.

Burning light, shown bright from heaven,
Warmed my soul, enlightened me.
“It said that all can be forgiven,
If only thou trust in me.”

It said that “I didn’t Know.”
All the things that I’ve done wrong.
So the beast began to show.
Why it was here, singing me my song.

It said I lied,
I cheat, I steal,
I turned, I tried,
How could this all be real?

It reared it’s massive head straight back,
And with great precession it spoke.
“It told me that my heart was black.”
“It told me I was broke.”

Suddenly it all made sense,
The beast, the light, It was intense.

Then I let a deep breath out,
The beast it disappeared.
I turned my head all about,
Man this was truly weird.

I searched and looked all around,
Was it all just a dream?
Suddenly I heard a sound,
The mirror was beckoning me.

From the face that stared right back,
I could surely tell.
That if I continued down this path,

Like a Phoenix I have risen
From this Hell that was my prison.
To wash away the night
and bring forth Apocalypsis’ Light.
Dante rose from his inferno,
Like his, my soul is eternal.

People preach, they teach, and, yes, they train,
To contort, distort, and rape your brain.
The Good Book in many ways says,
Do everything in Moderation,
So I take it all in without hesitation.
If I needed your permission,
Then I probably would’ve asked.
Instead I have my Intuition,
All other’s opinions I have trashed.

I do not write these rhymes for you,
They’re etched in stone; they flow and spew
out of my mouth and from my hand—
as if God does move my pen.
*Insert He moves my pen

 He Moves My Pen

These words that I write,

I can never really control,

If you read them just right,

God’s plan for us you’ll know.

He lays the words all out,

Made perfectly for me,

I just write them down,

For all the world To see.

I write it all in verse,

I write it all in lines,

What could be worse? ,

Then having no rhyme.

No rhyme or reason,

That I do the things I do,

I live my life by season,

Writing poems down for you.

I only have one life to live,

So I live this life to write,

God only had one son to give,

He traded him for my life.

These words that flow,

Gently through my hands,

It represents my soul,

And God’s awesome plan.

I’m starting to see,

Through open eyes,

What I can be,

With God by my side.

He gives me my song,

He gives me my power,

I can never go wrong,

Cause I check in every hour.

With the man up stairs,

The master from above,

The one that fills us,

With mercy and love.

He’s the one that gave,

My song to me,

So my life for him I’ll live,

For all of eternity.
In the beginning there was nothingness,
Just an eternally endless darkness.
Till God spoke and shook the Heavens.
Yes, the Lord did it all in sevens.

*Insert here Seven Deadly Sins

Deadly Sins

The World is on fire,

Its burning from within,

And everyones desire,

Is someone else’s sin.

The people are all suffering,

No matter the color or creed,

The fire is now smoldering,

Its flames are fueled by GREED.

We are our own worst enemy,

Devouring ourselves bit by bit,

The hunger turns to GLUTTONY,

As the fire now persists.

We’re always moving forward,

But is it in the right direction?

To busy playing follow the leader,

To realize PRIDE is an infection.

We mistake LUST for love,

It happens all the time,

No answers from above,

Now the fires close behind.

The fires nipping at our heels,

Because we’ve all grown LAZY,

The smoke billows and slowly fills,

As our World becomes hazy.

The fire burns more wildly,

While the World continues to spin,

And we all sit by idly,

As we let the ANGER in.

We are all consumed by ENVY,

You can see it everywhere,

When everyones your enemy,

You forget why you were scared.

The fire is now within me,

It’s God’s gift for me to share,

But it seven deadly sins,

That won’t get you anywhere.
——————————————-
What once was black became the night,
And the day was sun, filled up with light.
As all the planets began to align,
God created  “kroʊnɒs”(Chronos) who begat time.
They saw the planet filled up with water.
So God breathed life into Luna.
A newfound daughter.

She balanced the sun and pulled back the tides.
To uncover the land, all the water hides.
You don’t have to read this to know it’s true.
My words drip, drop, like the morning dew.

I am the Phoenix Infinitus.
I stand at the One God’s side
to protect his [] decree
and destroy man’s sinful pride.

My sword is God’s fire.
My shield, pure sweet love.
My mission, truly dire.
I’m trying to get above.

I cannot, will not, be deterred.
By all the turbulent outside noise.
I’m here to spread the Holy Word,
Not to play with shiny toys.

Once all the land was pulled up,
God saw that the land was fruitless.
Soon vegetation and life erupt,
Flora sprang up like symphonic music.
Next God made, what we now call Fauna.
What was once nothing, soon became Nirvana.

What you call “God,”
Other’s might call “Allah.”
Because in the end,
There’s only one shot caller.

God tried to cleanse our sins with water,
But now it’s my turn for I’m the Fire Starter.
Metaphorically speaking. I say unto you,
God’s coming to collect all believers,
Whether Catholic, Arab, Christian, or Jew.

God’s coming for me and coming for you.
Coming for Buddhists and even the Hindu.
He’s coming for all that were thrown out of Babel.
I’m putting the pieces together,
His clues, my words begin to unravel.

Yes I am the Phoenix Infinitus,
and I am connected to it all.
What was, what is, and what’s to come.
I am here to lay down God’s law.

When everyone’s led by false prophets,
Some wrong ideas and shimmering gods.
Their love for greed has become toxic.
Their “Relationship with God” a Fraud.

Some may worship money.
Others, they worship the fame.
A few scramble for all the power
While centuries pass with no real change.

The Garden of Eden, where God made our start.
Was where man received his first beating heart.
For God made man in His own form,
Unto this world a son named Atom was born.

Next came Eve’alution, she was made out of Atoms.
The two shared a love that could not be fathomed.

Atom, he was the constant.
Eve’alution was the ever changing.
Two halves of the same soul.
Their molecules always rearranging.

“Matter cannot be created nor destroyed,” people cry.
Yet my God created us in the blink of an eye.
Some say we sprung up in a black hole.
Others say if you believe that, Hell’s where you’ll go.
I’ve been at the bottom,

A lot longer than I’ve not.

Reservations? Yeah I got ’em,

’Cause God’s saving me a spot.

I’m the Phoenix Infinitus,

And I’ve come at this time.

To shine the light of Apocalypsis,

And to translate God’s rhymes.

Don’t mistake me for a prophet

because I’m nothing of the sort.

I’m not here to sell you nonsense,

nor to please all your courts.

I am here to rip down the veil

that has covered all your eyes.

Wicked men should grow pale,

as they wallow in their lies.

I walk the narrow line,
like Johnny said to do.
One step at a time,
as I learn from the likes,
J.C., Buddha , and MR. King too.

I prefer my music with no words,
Like the chitter chatter of some nesting birds.
Yeah I keep that line directly on my right.
My hips squared, and my shoulders back tight.

I watch the leaves Blow,
As I breath it all in.
I choose the seeds I sow.
While most toil in sin.

My soul may not be white,
But its completely cleansed.
Because I can feel life,
with the gentle touch of the wind.

While I’m walking, talking, carrying on.
You guys are trying to keep all your equipment on.
But in reality all I really need,
Is a little rationality and the air I breathe.

The land under my feet might not be mine,
But it doesn’t belong to the landlords either.
The sun gives me radiating heat sublime.
It’s one of this Universe’s greatest features.

Yes figuratively I say unto you,
Life’s worth so much more when your free.
Just pick your friends and start your crew,
‘Cause it’s a better ride, the best RPG.

Epidemic

Don’t you kno—w, I purge my so–ul,
For all the wicked things that I did.
It’s a feeling some will never know,
And a pain that all have hid.
It’s kinda quiet absah-heard,
This feeling that I get.
The tingling begins to burn,
While alone here I just sit.

(Chorus)
‘cause
It’s like an epidemic,
Running through our veins,
And all the things we don’t do,
Really drives me insane.
Everyone says they’re ready,
For some-things too change.
But people keep steady,
Just a doing nothin,
to cure this epidemic,
through our veins.

So Why should I listen to all their answers,
And wait for things to chan—-ge,
If you want the cure for this cancer,
Then You gotta get up and do somethin.
It’s easy to take what they give to you,
Even harder to make your own way,
But you’ll never know till you see it through,
So why not start doing something today?

(Chorus)

(Bridge)
So it’s time to take a stand
& To help the ones you can.
We’ve heard your lies,
and now we‘re through,
we‘re done with lines,
and we‘re done with you…
Lyrically Driven

I met this girl that was lyrically driven,
she handed me heart attached to a ribbon.
She said all the pieces fall into place,
every time I feel the warmth of your embrace.
I took the ribbon,
I took the heart,
She kept forgiving,
every time I broke them apart.
I scurried and tried to make this right,
I worried my pride would rue the night.
But her love was never ever depleting
The ribbon the heart,
its what kept mine beating.

you’re always asking”what you want with me”
and inside I know its plain to see.
I’m wondering what you would say.
If I asked you to hop a train one day.
Maybe hop a plane even a bus we’ll see.
all I knows you set me free.

from the pain and constant misery.

what started out as lust quickly turned to love.
I’m left knowing there’s a God up there above.
Holding the shards  of a lonely shattered heart.
that hasn’t pumped quiet right since we did part

Its not complete when you’re not around
you are the only rhythm to my rhyme…
At heavens door since you brought me to town,
there’s no pretending you’re not on my mind.

when i focus on you God Speaks through me.
in prose, poetic pieces laid out to explain.
as if my heart and souls been freed.
from hells intense burning flame

I wrote about you in the rising sun.

I wrote about you in others too.
Cute cuddly, and incredibly fun
You take away all the blue.
I’m seriously writing this here right now.
because all the songs remind me of you.
something inside me is starting to see how.
The pain you felt when I said its through.

Yeah you are  driven by the words that form lines.
Youve brought the melody and I got the rhymes.
Two halves of the same soul,
With broken pieces of one heart.
Two currents in the same flow.
Opposite ends of the same start.
The musical notes drove me to her,
The lyrics brought this girl to my door.
Two beautiful brightly burning stars,
One from Venus, the other from mars.
Both wanting one and the same,
Each driven apart with different names.
But love endures all,yes it will prevail.
I’m just scared of the fall…. Into this fairytale.
*insert rising sun, my muse, its in the eyes

Rising Sun

I  see you in my dreams at night,

But when I wake and see the light,

Your face no longer comes to mind,

So in my dreams I search to find,

The clues that you have left behind.

One by one they come to me,

But when I wake I’m left empty,

And with the dawn a new regret,

Because your face I do forget,

So every night I sleep with you,

Yet every morning, you leave me too,

But when we sleep, we sleep as one,

Until we part with morning sun,

Therefore all day your memory fades,

Until the sunlight turns to shade,

And I’m reminded of your grace,

With newfound beauty in your face,

Piece by piece it comes together,

And now; suddenly becomes forever,

So with sun setting in the west,

I feel your heart beat from your chest,

And as I slowly drift to sleep,

I feel the warmth from your feet,

As our bodies come together,

It feels as though, it’ll last forever,

And as dew drops down I feel your kiss,

Brushing gently across my lips,

If only you would say your name,

Together we could be, during the day,

But your name remains unknown,

So I’m left here, all alone,

Truth be told our love is done,

With the rising of the sun.

My MUSE

My song will have no beat,

Without your beautiful smile,

My words are at your feet,

As long as you stay for a while.

My song will have no rhythm,

It would just be the blues,

If you were to go missing,

My beauty, My love, My muse.

I need you here in my life,

You truly inspire me,

You give me my words,

My words that I write,

The words that I sing,

I’m always writing to you,

But you never seem to see,

So what am I to do,

I’ll never leave it be.

My songs would be just lines,

Lines with empty meaning,

So stay with me for all time,

Can’t you see my reasoning?

Without you here with me,

I’m writing to myself,

Where could she possibly be?

Maybe it’s you.

Tomorrow Today

I don’t have tomorrow to love you this way,

For what if tomorrow wasn’t given to me,

So I’ll love you as much as I can today,

Cause tomorrow together we might not be.

I don’t have tomorrow to kiss you this way,

For what if tonight is our last night,

So I’ll kiss you as much as I can today,

Cause we might not be at first light.

I don’t have tomorrow to hold you this way,

For tomorrow is never promised to come,

So I’ll hold you as tight as I can today,

Cause tomorrow the world could be undone.

I don’t have tomorrow to tell you I love you,

For this time could be my last,

So when I say it, believe it, and know it’s true,

Without you a shadow would be cast.

This shadow would be cast upon my life,

This shadow cast upon my soul,

Your love was my own shining light,

And now that it’s gone.  I’ll never know.

So where am I now that the night is gone,

And a new dull sun has risen,

Once was our love is now undone.

Alone I’m left here in this prison…

This prison created by your loving smile,

Created by your loves tempting kisses,

I may have loved you for only a while,

But it continues to fill me with bliss.

Loves Spell

Her love was pure magic,

Casting a spell on me,

But our story is tragic,

And by the end you’ll see.

Her eyes looking into mine,

I turn to hide my eyes, my stare,

But as she walked on by,

I saw that she returned my stare.

Her eyes they peered,

Back into mine,

A moment we shared,

A moment in time.

I got a hint,

Of her perfume,

Her smell, Her scent,

Filled up the room.

She looked my way,

I froze with fear,

But to this day,

I dream of her.

Suddenly I awoke,

Alone in my bed,

A voice it spoke,

From inside my head.

Telling me she’s watching,

Wanting, waiting for me,

But still time keeps marching,

Marching away from me.

So I must now go search out and find,

The one whose love is true,

Maybe she’s in the back of my mind,

Maybe that one is you.

It’s in the eyes

People are always asking,

What is it that I’m looking for?

And merely as I’m passing,

I tell them its eyes I adore.

Deep shades of emerald green,

Light blue and hazel are to,

Are the best I’ve yet to see?

But now I’m looking at you.

I’m looking deep into your eyes,

Are you looking into mine?

They truly seem to tell no lies,

The best I will ever find.

Your eyes reflect true beauty,

For sure the purest love,

God certainly did his duty,

When he made you, up above.

Your eyes show the way,

They light up my life,

I can tell you know today,

You’re the perfect type.

Beautiful Disaster

‘Verse 1′

There’s this girl that I know,

everyone’s always after,

she seems to radiate and glow,

Cheer you up with her laughter.

Her hair was long,

and her eyes were blue, .

her smile always,

lit up the room.

Oh

‘Chorus’

She is all you’ll ever want,

All you could ever ask for,

the love that all men hunt,

this beautiful disaster,

impossible to tame,

no one will ever master,

she’s only known by one name,

and that’s beautiful disaster.

‘Verse 2′

This girl let’s no one into her soul,

It soothes the heartache faster,

From the pain that’s

left when they go,

inside she already knows,

that if she lets no one in,

she’ll be safe with nothing left to defend.

That’s why….

‘Chorus’

‘Bridge’

If she’d only open up her heart,

And shed some light on the dark,

some one would see her for what’s inside,

and wipe away all the tears she’s cried,

But she’s got lessons left to learn,

a few bridges left to burn,

and once the memories are gone,

and she finally finds someone,

‘last chorus’

He’ll be all she’ll ever want,

all that she could ask for,

the love that women hunt,

a love that would be everlastin.

Their hearts would be one in the same,

They may even share last name,

And with nothing left to master,

Our Beauty’s no longer a disaster.

Sittin On A Bench

‘Verse 1′

Your memory still,

surrounds me.

Like the slow movin fog,

the morning has brought.

And still the world,

moves on around me.

As my life slowly seems,

to fall apart.

That’s why’

‘Chorus’

I’m sittin all alone,

on a bench in this park,

Just a wonderin what,

you’ could of done with my heart.

as the world moves on;

and the sky grows dark,

I just sit on this bench,

In the middle of this park.

‘Verse2′

Oh the world always,

Moves on with out me,

while I sit back and watch

in dis-B E L I E F.

If only you would,

just find me,

and give back what,

isn’t yours.

Then I could just loose,

your memory,

and move on with no remorse.

But something inside,

still pulls at me.

as I….

‘Chorus’

‘bridge’

If only my life,

moved like the rest of the worlds,

Then i wouldn’t be singing,

bout some silly girl,

that came into my life,

and tore it apart,

now she’s misplaced,

the pieces of my heart.

FairyTale Endin

‘Verse 1’

When I was just a baby,

My momma said that one day,

The perfect man would find me,

We’d get a house; have a family,

Oh as the years have gone bye,

I’ve yet to find that one guy,

But I’m gonna look some more,

Till he’s at my door.

‘Chorus’

You know

I want my happy ending,

And I need my fairytale,

I’m tired of defending,

This dark world by myself,

Cause,

They’ve all said I love you,

Till they break my Heart N two,

But the keep decieven,

And they won’t stop a leaven,

Oh I’m still believing,

In my Fairy tale

‘Verse 2’

I want to stop searching,

But my heart continues hurtin,

For the one that’s in my head,

The man that I’m to wed,

Oh I’m afraid that if I give up,

I’ll never find my true love,

So I close my eyes tight,

And dream of him at night.

‘Bridge’

God I pray that he still lives,

as I’m narrowin down the list,

Cause when I find the one,

And my stories begun,

I’ll be living,

My fairytale ending……

Rocking With Angels

“Verse 1″

I’m not afraid of dying no more,

Because I’ve found God,

When this life is over,

And my time is come,

There will be no reason,

To shed a tear for me,

I’ll be “Rocking With Angels”,

From dusk to dawn.

“Chorus”

I got this one way ticket,

To heaven baby,

Because my soul is saved,

I didn’t have to pay for it,

God gave it to me for free,

If you want your own ticket,

Just talk to God today,

All you got to do is,

Fall to your knees and pray,

Cause you’ll be rocking,

And a “Rolling With Angels” baby,

From dusk till dawn.

“Verse 2″

I’ll be walking with God on clouds,

Soaring around with wings,

They’ll be no more frowns,

Oh everyone will be happy,

So don’t you cry for me,

When I’m gone,

Cause I’ll be Rocking,

With angels from dusk till dawn.

“Bridge”

The devil may reign on earth,

But heaven belongs to God,

So live your life through the holy word,

And then when your time comes,

You’ll already have paid your dues,

SO dying won’t be bad news,

Then you be able to come,

And rock with angels from dusk till dawn.

(Adapted from Poem written in memory of Dan Birchard, Truly a great man and teacher to us all.)

Rocking With Angels

We’re all gathered  here today,

To give our dearly loved one away.

Free spirited and happy he was.

But now he’s with God up above.

Partying with angels from dusk till dawn.

Our beloved Dan was always up for fun.

He loved his wine, and his friends,

No matter how trouble we got in.

But don’t shed a tear because he’s gone.

He’s Rocking with angels from dusk till dawn.

Sipping his favorite drink with lime.

So pour another glass, hell pour it all out.

Remember that Dan loved to talk.

Keep him in your heart and mind.

Don’t ever leave his memory behind.

Because he was a caring soul.

But God made plans, and needed him to go.

The Angels wanted to party with him for all time,

So remember Dan when you read my rhyme.

——-

Old Soul

“Verse 1″

Well i walked in to see the teller,

Oh the fortunes that shes told,

I’d heard’em  from my pa,

when I was 7 years old.

and

That’s why i’m sitting here,

Telling you this,

Today,

He said she’d give’em out,

In every which way,

But only to the ones,

That we’re slightly old.

“Chorus”

Not in the flesh,

But deep down in the soul.

The ones  we’re Always tryin,

to break the mold,

Still the better man,

Oh the years how they showed.

Yet it felt soothing,

some how it felt known,

THEN she peered into my  eyes

And said Boy “YOUR AN OLd SOUL”

“Verse2″

Pa Had told me bout the days,

had told meeeee,

bout the nIGhts,

He’d even said something bout,

Them damn city lights.

He said the’d by appealing,

attractive yes,

at first,

but once you fall in love,

BOY you know you’ll  cursed.

Oh’ It wont be in,

the back of your mind.

NO

Not in the flesh,

But deep down in the soul.

Boy don’t forget,

Yes your an old soul,

and she knows,

you know it.

Still its kinda soothing,

some how kinda known,

as she peered into my  eyes

And said “YOUR AN OLd SOUL”

“Bridge”

Still i asked for her advice

She said boyheee,

Don’t you know,

Your Daddy’s already has,

Everything that’s been told,

So you don’t want nothing,

and this window closed.

“Last chorus”

And I as walked to my car,

Brain still kinda froze,

I remembered all those stories,

that my grandpa had told.

He told me bout the ones,

ones that we’re old,

Not in the flesh,

way deep down in there soul,

And as I looked in the,

rear view mirror,

I knew my fortune was GOLD.

Epidemic

Don’t you kno—w, I purge my so–ul,

For all the wicked things that I did.

It’s a feeling some will never know,

And a pain that all have hid.

It’s kinda quiet absah-heard,

This feeling that I get.

The tingling begins to burn,

While alone here I just sit.

(Chorus)

‘cause

It’s like an epidemic,

Running through our veins,

And all the things we don’t do,

Really drives me insane.

Everyone says they’re ready,

For some-things too change.

But people keep steady,

Just a doing nothin,

to cure this epidemic,

through our veins.

So Why should I listen to all their answers(or the mayor(havent decided)),

And wait for things to chan—-ge,

If you want the cure for this cancer,

Then You gotta get up and do somethin.

It’s easy to take what they give to you,

Even harder to make your own way,

But you’ll never know till you see it through,

So why not start doing something today?

(Chorus)

(Bridge)

So it’s time to take a stand

& To help the ones you can.

We’ve heard your lies,

and now we‘re through,

we‘re done with lines,

and we‘re done with you…

“Lil’ Bit Of Heaven”

“Verse 1″

Babe it’s me; I was dreamin,

Of you last nite,

But now tha sun has risen,

I don’t feel rite,

So lonely here I’m lyin,

Wishin you we’re too,

Don’t you know I’m dyin,

To be with you?

“Chorus”

‘Cause’

It’s a “Lil’ bit of Heaven,”

When your on my mind,

There’s no way I’m leavin,

I’m stayin by your side,

You know I can’t hide this feelin,

Although I’ve tried,

‘And’

Girl you got me seein,

Through open eyes,

When I’m lost in a “Lil’ Bit Of Heaven,”

And you’re on my mind.

“Verse 2″

So even though I’m sleepin,

I’m dreamin of you,

And I love it when your teasin,

Doin whatcha do,

But it’s just as pleasant,

Holdin’ you tite,

‘Oh’ I’ll be in heaven,

When your here tonite.

‘Chorus’

‘Bridge’

“You Know”

The stars must have aligned tonite,

‘Cause here in your arms, the Worlds’ alive,

I’m countin down tha minutes,

& prayin you’re on time,

‘Oh’ baby I’m lost in a “Lil’ Bit Of Heaven”,

When your on my mind.

“Chorus”

My Note to the Future Generations

This one is for the children to come,

the ones that are here when my life is done.

The ones that read the words I write,

when and if I am famous after my life.

So as you read my words in this book.

Remember me and the time I took.

To come up with all these words, these lines.

Remember my words till the end of all time.

Take into account all the tears and the cries.

Then try to pick apart my truths from my lies.

If you can’t find fault and it all seems true.

Then I guess my words have touched you.

So take all my lessons, take all my trials.

Open my book every once in awhile,

Remember me with all the rest.

Remember me as one of the best.

The Mighty River

Every Sunday down at the river,

We get together with God and his son,

And with his grace the preacher delivers,

Until every man, woman, child is done.

The preachers’ chest deep in water,

Cleansing every body’s soul,

I do believe its getting hotter,

I guess only God truly knows.

The mighty river flowing,

Flows so very smooth,

The mighty river rolling,

The rolling tends to soothe.

Rolls down from the mountains,

Rolls down from the hills,

The mighty river is our fountain,

The mighty river heals.

Reaching the edge of the river,

Remembering when it was my turn,

When God, my soul did deliver,

So for all eternity I wouldn’t burn.

The mighty river God does use,

To wash away our sins,

The mighty river is our muse,

It’s where it all begins.

The mighty river flowing,

Flows so very smooth,

The mighty river rolling,

The rolling tends to soothe.

Rolls down from the mountains,

Rolls down from the hills,

The mighty river is our fountain,

The mighty river heals.

Walking away from the river,

With all my new saved friends,

For God and his Son did deliver,

They’re blessed glory to them.

So it all starts with a river,

And it all ends with his son,

Meeting us they’re to deliver,

On the banks the Jordan River.

The Frost

In Loving Memory Of Judith B. Hobbs

The morning brings the frost,

But not all hope is lost,

For the spring is coming soon,

To melt away the gloom,

And wash away the tears,

That met us this New Years,

For another loved ones lost,

To the biting of the Frost,

Now we’ve gathered on this day,

To give our dearly loved one away,

Who cared for us when we were broke,

And healed us with the words she spoke,

Even after we were rude,

And maybe had an attitude,

She never swayed from her course,

Which is why we sit here with remorse,

Because another rose is lost,

To the biting of the Frost,

But the warmth is still in view,

And the frost slowly turns to dew,

Although we’ve lost a shining light,

Our guiding star within the night,

Because she filled us with her love,

And now walks with God up above,

All the memories we shall not forget,

No matter how bad the frost may get,

But again the sun will rise,

To dry the tears from our eyes,

Because she walks with God on clouds,

Can’t you hear her heavenly sounds,

For he gave a new halo,

Yes she has the wings of an angel,

And she’s looking down on us,

Yet still were safe from the Frost,

Alas the temperature begins to climb,

Can’t you see her smile divine,

Slowing warming up our hearts,

Watch her wings gently start,

As they flutter to and fro,

Thawing all the winters snow,

Dripping, flowing, down the river,

To the banks of Jordan He delivers,

But don’t forget you’ll always see,

Her spirit lives on in you and me,

And with the coming of the spring,

We hear the birds and angels sing.

A Grain Of Sand

I wish I could fast forward into the future,

To a time where I can escape this torture,

By this hole I am neck deep in,

And life keeps on pouring the sand.

One grain of sand at a time,

This life consumes me,

The tides slowly coming in,

I can smell the sea,

For if It rises,

And I am still here,

It’s the worst for me,

I sadly do fear.

There’s no use in screaming, my lungs are worn,

My heart is empty, and my life is torn,

I’ve tried my best and I’m still stuck deep,

And still the ocean begins to creep.

Some kids walk by, they laugh at me,

I’m in danger can’t they see,

Or can they really see me here,

They had too of, they were so near.

A wave rolls in and splashes me,

My life flashes for me to see,

And it an instant its passes’ bye,

And leaves me here alone to die.

Her story

She always hiding,

Deep inside her self,

As the books lay piled,

Scattered upon the shelf,

An organized disaster,

Is what it seems to be,

But its all she has,

Thus it full fill’s her every need.

An independent struggle,

Is all she’s left with,

Slowly sifting through the rubble,

Tattered and worn she sits..

Flipping through the pages,

Counting them one by one,

Wondering when it’s her turn,

And if her story’s begun.

Alas’ she has read,

Yet another fable,

Alone in her head,

She seems to travel,

Silently drifting,

To a place that’s quiet,

That’s when she is inspired,

To start a story of her own,

To make her tale,

Become her home,

Still she lives,

her life her way,

It may not be much,

But it’s her story.

Add to closing statement

Remember everyone has their own dragon to slay.  We are all struggling internally with something. The dragon represents our egos. If you can tame your ego/dragon you can achieve balance and enlightenment.

Population Control

Population Control

You ask for a cure for cancer,

You beg and you plead,

But will you sit back and answer?

What does the world need?

It might be sad to say,

But we all know it is true.

That there is no way,

Only population control will do.

You ask for World peace.

In return you’ll get war.

If bombardment did cease,

And war was no more.

It might be sad to say,

But we all know it is true.

That there is no way,

Only population control will do.

The world is torn,

Nations know it is true,

Every child that’s born,

Adds to the few,

It might be sad to say,

But we all know it is true,

That there is no way,

Only population control will do,

What would we do if no one died,

Where would we go,

If no, one cried?

The population would grow.

When would we quit?

When would we see the light?

When would we admit?

Deep inside you know it’s right,

Because if people did not hurt,

And there wasn’t pain.

No one on earth,

Would be the same?

So it’s sad to say,

To you right now.

But if someone dies today,

I can’t see how.

It wasn’t meant to be,

Because God has plans,

Can you not see?

I know you can’t stand,

That people have to die.

Its only population control,

There’s a good reason why,

people have to go.

4 Walls and 4 Corners

4 Walls And 4 Corners

Bang!

Bang!

Bang!

Someone’s,

Knocking at my door.

Who could that be?

No one visits anymore.

Now that I was confused,

And completely unsure.

I felt I had to prove,

That I wasn’t afraid of the door.

Taking one step at a time,

Slowly as I crept.

I was surprised to find,

A man  I had never met.

I opened up and saw,

A tall man standing there,

He had a southern draw,

And a grin from ear to ear.

The man in the suit,

Said “Son don’t you know?

We’re putting a highway through,

And this place has got to go.”

Quick I tried to grab my things,

As He became rude.

Does he know I’m wondering,

Where am I to move?

With the last boxed stowed,

And everything packed neat.

They tore down that home,

To make their fancy street.

Driving down the road,

I saw a place for rent.

4 Walls, and 4 Corners,

I said this place will do in a pinch.

The man at the hotel,

Knew exactly what to do.

He said “I’m sorry I heard,

They’re putting a highway through.”

Walking to my room,

My neighbor pulled up next.

They’re putting a highway through,

Thats what the told the rest.

Are we stuck here in this room?

Which path are we to choose.

Has all our hope been lost?

Now with nothing left to lose.

The walls are closing in,

No exit left in view,

How long has it been?

Since there was no Gloom.

Our whole life and our world,

Stuck here in one place,

No path left for us to follow,

No step left to retrace.

Wandering here all alone,

How can a box be this big,

Why are we left to roam?

was it the things that we did?

4 walls, and 4 corners,

No sign of a door,

I’ve lived in smaller homes,

That have had plenty more.

From every single wall,

We have a different view,

No matter the lines we draw,

Our World comes unglued.

No matter where we turn,

We see a dead end.

And every bridge we burn,

Makes all the walls close in.

For if we destroy our walls,

We’d have no place to live.

With all these man made laws,

Something has got to give.

Yet when we’re on our path,

We get a little space.

And as the walls retract,

Freedom we can taste.

But,

No matter the deed that’s done,

Or how long we wait,

For some one to come,

And save us from this fate.

4 walls, and 4 corners,

No sign of a door,

And then we look up,

A new World to explore.
